Absolutely brilliant.

Our office had an issue with water spots/mold forming on ceiling tiles. Their technician was courteous and prompt in his inspection, and explained where the problem originated.

After he had finished, I asked if it would be possible to get a description of the problem and what was serviced for our records. What we received later was a detailed email, complete with pictures. This level of professionalism is beyond reproach, we cannot stress enough the level of our satisfaction with their services.
