The smash burgers were fantastic.
The huuuuge soft pretzel? Amazing.

Solid bar! Wandered in from the beach bc my friend and I were in the search for some hot toddies and we were told they could do it. Immediately got seated at the bar and the manager (Alex I believe?) got to work. He's so friendly and runs a tight, customer forward ship. The drinks were delicious and just what the doctor ordered. Came on a Thursday and it was packed as if it was a Saturday night -- they get business!

Sitting at a bar tells you a lot about an establishment and if you want to come back lol. They were very clean with how they bussed tables, cleaned the glasses and handled food/drinks. Very team oriented staff. Was impressed a few staffers were willing to stay past their shift to help out as needed. Eventually got some sliders to nibble and they were great! I'm sure their full menu is tasty. Would definitely come back.

Stopped by here a few months ago by chance during a football playoff game. The hostess was very friendly, and the waitress was even friendlier. So inviting and welcoming. Parking is always rough in Pacific Beach, so keep that in mind. There's a fun beach/ New Zealand vibe going on here. They have some interesting items on their menu, but I went for the burger and my friend went for the salad. I definitely enjoyed the burger and the fries, but the price point was a little higher than what I was used to. You'll find most the burgers are going to be in the $20 plus club. I've also heard they have a burger club worth checking out with some cool Perks. Plenty of TVs to watch sports on, and you're really dang close to the beach! For sure a cool spot to pop in for a burger and a beer!

Walking down the streets of pacific beach and decided to stop by this cozy restaurant to get a bite to eat. Love the location as it was steps away from the ocean. Parking was pretty easy to find as well. We were seated right away and our waiter was quick to get our order. The hubby and I shared the pretzel and plate of meat pies this was more then enough for us! In addition, I ordered a beer that was a bit to strong for my taste so I loved that they kindly exchanged it for another. Ambience was contemporary nice upscale yet casual beachy vibes!

For me the food was good but not great. I felt the meat in the meat in the pie was a bit bland. The pie pastry was amazingly flakey and made exceptionally well. The pretzel was good just extremely heavy so it's an appetizer to feed a few people. Overall, food was good but didn't leave excited to try more things. I also wished our waiter would have checked on us at least once. She was pretty much unavailable the entire time we were there. Our bill came out to be approximately $65 for two drinks, pretzel app, and meat pie plate.

A great spot. A very short wait before we were seated. The weather was terrific, so we sat outside. The food was pretty good too. The best dish we ordered was the fish and chips. I would recommend to anybody.

Great restaurant! Definitely had a good time with some friends and family. Would recommend it to anyone in the area that is looking for a nice brunch spot with lots of food items!!

Stopped in for a late night dinner after a late flight into town. The mini burgers were a hit with the kids, but they wished the bun had been a little softer. We all loved the fries. The habanero chicken sandwich really hit the spot and had so much flavor. Fresh pickles and slaw were Great start to our vacation!

OMG their Chicken Pot Pie is the most delicious I've ever had! We stopped in yesterday & tried it for the first time-Definitely would recommend and same with the chips & onion dip-you will not be disappointed! Bartender was super nice & helpful, can't wait to come back

Easily one of my favorite places in PB. I've been coming to this NZ inspired restaurant since 2015, and if a place survives in PB that long, you know it's solid. The menu has been consistent for as long as i can remember; the service is always top notch; the inside has a fun beach vibe; and the drink menu is always great. I really appreciate their burger of the month and drink specials. If you're in PB and looking for a solid spot that is rarely busy but consistent, stop here!
