Blairhill Dental Practice

This business is a joke I went in for treatment I had an appointment witch I went to where I had X-rays took from them they were going to get me back in I wasn't gave an appointment was just told that he will call me when he has time to do it now I have been waiting so long I ended up with aninfection they told the only emergency appointment they have was 3 weeks away when I said I just want my funding back and I will go els where They told me to hold on then they called me back to tell me that there was a cancellation for tomorrow witch I also went to and now they are blaming me for there lack of information wouldn't even take my dog there run by idiots yous could have at least herd me out but too stuck up there own arse !

We have been going to this dentists for quite a few years now.

A few years back there was a change of dentist, the layout was changed and modernised to change the whole look and feel of the place.

Since I work about 30 miles from home I need to have late appointments. The receptionist and dentist realise that and always ensure that this is never an issue. ( There is quite a few others in the same situation)

At my last visit I turned up early and since the dentist was quiet at the time (not often that happens) I managed to get my checkup done early.

The annoying thing about the practice is constantly being asked to clarify your details every visit and the NHS text messages which remind you of the day of the appointment but not the time.

Just changed dentists so i havent met the new one yet but they always treat me with kid gloves because of my innate fear of all things dental. lovely people.
