This Debenhams is always so overheated in the winter - so if you can go in without being bundled up, more the better!

There's been some recent-ish renovations to try to keep the store looking fresh. They're partially successful. Oddly though the women's shoes and accessories are on the ground floor, along with the men's clothes. The next floor up is all women's clothes, with the top floor having homewear-type things. And a Sports Direct concession, and workout wear. It just means you have to be prepared to traipse up and down and all around to find everything.

But when you do, good bargains to be had in the blue cross sales, and a good variety of brands and clothes for both men and women.

Debenhams Store in harrow is one of a hundred Debenhams Department Stores throughout England. They have a a large selection of products & services available from most Debenhams stores such as clothes, silver jewellery, electronics, homeware etc. They also offer other services such as wedding present lists and a wedding flowers. They also offer online ordering for almost the entire available product range.
Its a great shop and well situated and served well by bus routes and harrow ojn the hill station.
They always have sales and special offers.

This Debenham's sits right at the back of Rushmore shopping centre. It is quite large, spread over two floors, with all the usual departments including, women and mens wear, cosmetics, shoes, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It also has its own in house restaurant.
A good place to have a dander round, especially for buying gifts.
On the downside, this particular Debenhams can be quite regularly out of stock of items that an available in other stores. Also with the myriad of different clothes tills you find yourself being sent all over the shop until you find a till that actually deals with the item you are buying or returning

Went for refund on dress bought by my daughter the staff started inspecting the dress as no tomorrow and decided I can not have refund as I had damaged the dress the dress was sold like that the staff need to be taught customer relations I will never shop in Debenhams again Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated

Debenhams in Harrow is quite a distance from the main shopping area but well worth the visit. I love the bedding department as the often have a great end of line sale. In the lingerie department there is still the reliable lady that can help with fitting and a great selection of clothes. This floor has been divided up into different departments and it seems that each brand name has its own area and own staff. There is a GAME store on the top floor which often has the most popular games in stock when they have run out everywhere else. The restaurant is really good value and is a pleasant place to eat. All in all I like Debenhams it's still a traditional department store.

One of the better shops in Harrow. Has a coffee shop on teh ground floor and a restaurant on the 1st or 2nd floor with toilets and a kiddies area in the restaurant which is very useful for mums or dads wanting a bit of peace whilst eating their lunch! A reasonable range of clothes and other products. I would have to say the women on the make up and perfume counters are generally not polite and I have been staggered by the rudeness of some esp on the Clinique counter in the past!!! But other than that the customer service is reasonable. Their is parking (rather pricey) nearby - or park in Tescos.

This is a very large store that consists of all different departments. On the first floor the is make-up and perfume where the staff are very helpful and have a good knowledge of their products. There is also the mens clothing section and winter/swimwear. On the second floor is the womens clothing where you can get brands such as topshop, warehouse etc. There is a floor for electronics, games and homewear aswell. There is a very nice restaurant which is reasonably priced, and there are toilets available too. Overall a great shop which has everything you need.

A wonderful Debenhams with all the usual departments and lots of womenswear and shoes! Wonderful cosmetics and costume jewellery, and a great selection of handbags.


Helpful staff and with a nice little coffee shop for a break.

Debenhams is a popular department store which is located in many hight streets and town centres. The have many concessions within the stores which sell perfumes, cosmetics, clothes and accessories aswell as electricals and household wear. The good thing about Debenhams is that they often have a blue cross sale. The last was only 2 days ago where there was upto 25% off the original mark/tag price. This is always handy and the sale was useful as christmas is just round the corner so its a good incentive to gain a little bit off stuff you would normally need to buy anyway. Unfortuanatly the cosmetics and perume counters only had 10% off but the Debenhams own branded stock did carry bigger reductions.

Nice large debenhams with coffee shop when you get tired. I am not overly impressed with the customer service esp in the makeup/perfme section. Nice selection of shoes clothes and homeware
