AFTER MORE THAN 2 YEARS since I wrote the review of this company, which was based on the really true story that I experienced with them like I mentioned on the pervious review.
I guess he just found my pervious review (he has plenty of free time) and saw some people voted for it, which means that at least some people totally agree with me about this company.
Then it seems like he decided to take revenge on me for my honest review, naming my full name in public and also I have been receiving horribly many notification email from Yelp saying this person responding to my review at least 6 times for last two hours.
If you all are cleaver enough to understand all of what's been happening to me, you must get scared.
The owner of the company would keep blaming you for nothing wrong with you disclosing your full name on here, I assume that he has done something like that on other places to random people too.
I was refused taking his service anymore after making inquiry about just promo code, and he all of sudden changed his attitude to me, started calling me and insulting me and my important clients, saying that they used fake credit card etc (but again they are world wide company's Japan branch, why can their corporate card be fake? Plus we don't have to do that as we are not that unsophisticated or poor) and he clearly said to me that "you are not my customer anymore, so I'll delete all of your details from our database as soon as possible" or something although I never asked.
But it's obvious that he still keeps it on there and persistently chasing me even after several years.
It sounds very scary, doesn't it?
Initially I got a really good impression of him/this company, so I actually highly recommended them to my company in the city, clients and friends in the uk and oversea too, in fact they took rides several times.
But I sadly suggested them not to do so anymore after the incident happened to me.
Because now I know what they are like really.
Even being nice at the begging, once something uncomfortable or inconvenient happens to him/them, he starts calling us liar and very persistently chasing you, blaming you or people around you, disclosing your private info that should be kept properly along by the law.
Now I'm so flighted that he would do that on other places to random people too.
I really regret that I've got in touch with them providing my and my clients primary details and contacts.
I will have to keep the problem with this company in my mind for the rest of my life, with fear!
I wish I hadn't come across this company on the internet randomly searching for chauffeur service in London.

Dear yelp visitors,
Kindly be advised that this person has never used nor experienced our services. In Dec 2016 she tried to book the service for her ''VIP Clients'' for over £1500 (£1654.20 to be precise) paying with a fake credit card. We asked her to provide identification to prove that the transaction was legitimate and she refused to do so. We also gave her the option to pay via a bank transfer or cash and she still refused it.
After consulting with our payment provider (Worldpay) they advised that it was a fraudulent transaction, therefore we refunded the full amount paid and under our T & C's we reported her to UK fraud department.
We also made it very clear to her that she is banned from using our services in the future.
Two years later (due to us forgetting to delete her email from the newsletter/offers) she came back doing the same, pretending that she doesn't understand the offers or how to book online and of course her card was failing online payments again and again.
(Well, judging from her vocabulary on the above review, it's hard to believe that she or her ''worldwide very-well-known company'' wouldn't know how to use a credit card or pay something online.)
We simply called her to remind her that she is banned from using our company, hence all the above comments are made up.

Initially I thought this company gave us a very good service, so I very often recommended it to many people coming to London for work and holiday.
But now unfortunately it turned out that this company is really rude, especially maybe a manager - Ervin Gjoni.
I have sent many of my clients and friends to them, but they didn't even thank me, and just insulted me and my client as well.
(They are a worldwide very-well-known company but alledgedly they used a fake credit card for payment although the truth is just that they don't speak English well and couldn't understand the payment form and then failed)
That's why this time I tried to book instead of other my non-native English speaking people to avoid to make the same thing happen because they said that they couldn't completed booking online by themselves.
Then the manager -Ervin Gjoni called me with his very strong accent that I couldn't even understand what he said on phone, which means he is obviously non native English speaker, so I wish he'd understand how difficult it is for non-English-speakers to complete booking and contact them in English , to insult me and my clients about our bookings.
It's still going on by emails.
I am astonished by his attitude to costumers.
It it unbelievable.
I also quite often use chauffeur service for work in London, but I've never ever experienced this.
After all, I need to feel extreamly uncomfortable over this Easter holiday because of this issue.
Should I appreciate it? Not sure.
Anyway please be careful when you contact them, particularly when you don't speak English well, this man would do the same to you.
Apart from it, the cars and chauffeurs are good and polite, kind.
But do remember that you have to book and contact them first!!!

I used EG Chauffeurs on my last trip to London. I emailed several transportation companies operating in London, and EGChauffeurs, through Erwin, the Founder and Managing Director, answered fast and promptly to all my questions and requests, while others took several days to reply (some of them, I'm still waiting over a month for their answers...).
Their fleet is top quality, specialized in VIP customers and luxury ground transportation, they currently offer a 70+ fleet of luxury chauffeured cars, from Rolls Royce to Bentley, Mercedes and much more.
I used their services for airport transfers to my hotel in the city center and Sezar, my driver, was extremely polite and knowledgeable, arriving sharp on time with his modern, luxury, Mercedes S-Class, driving safely and carefully. They are used to work with some of the most VIP customers in the world, who travel to London and seek something top notch, on a different, much higher and superior level.
Definitely will use this company in the future and will recommend to anyone traveling to London.

First time using this company and I was very impressed with their service. Please thank the chauffeur for the coffee he offered us on the airport. My girlfriend and I were quite surprised for that gesture.
