What an interesting location filled with character and fun, young vibes! We were greeted by a friendly hostess and ordered a few food and pastry items.

The margarita pizza was so fresh and tasty with the perfect crust while the sandwich had a great balance of olive oil, pesto, and meat. I loved how the bread was soft yet with a nice, crunchy exterior. We also ordered cafe latte and a cappuccino. Both was beautifully crafted and a nice balance of milk and coffee.

The seating is intimate and quaint and it feels like a nice slice of quiet in the neighborhood. You can also watch the bakers making patries in the back with the neat open concept kitchen.

I regularly organize events for our office and one day I came across this space and thought it would be perfect for our holiday staff party. Soon after I met up with Baldo, who's in charge of events at Forno, and we devised a plan: TYOP - Top Your Own Pizza!

The evening was a full success - as you can see from the photos I uploaded. My colleagues loved the casual atmosphere and the delicious food. In addition to pizzas, Baldo also served a selection of salads and for dessert we had pavlova and tiramisu.

As an additional fun activity, I ordered cookie-decorating kits from the The Mini Baker's Box (theminibakersbox.co.uk) and that proved to be another fun highlight...folks didn't want to leave!
