Peking Ente

The classic, classic Chinese restaurant you'd find or should find in any "ChinaTown" around the world. I tried the typical Sweet & Sour Chicken with Pork Fried Rice, she tried a "custom" dish by request - tofu, chicken, prawns in a spicy sauce with garlic. Both brought tasteful smiles. The most fabulous, however, was the mango sorbet served - so good, it may as well have been the fruit itself!

The food was so delicious and cheap too. would definetly recommend this to anybody who likes authentic Chinese food, it was just amazing.
The waiter was a bit slow, but very nice.
We were two people and ate for under 40€ and had two dishes each and drinks.

Avoid at all costs.

Unfriendly waiter - a man with glasses (I asked if the noodle had soup, he said NO - just sauce and when it came out, it had SOUP).
He also did not explain that there was lunch menu available to choose from. Yes people, ask for lunch menu (not sure where in the menu binder). The board outside only shows 2 entree for lunch but the website shows more lunch options.

Upon checking out, he clearly explained that the total did not include tip. Seriously??? With bad service (never checked in with me after taking my order), you had the decency to ask for tips. Oh dear...

Worst Chinese food I've ever had:

Food was very salty loaded with MSG
No flavor,
Service was terrible,
Food portion was so little( a bit overpriced),

Utensils was not washed properly I can still see the oil/ food not fully cleaned.

I'm very particular with Chinese food since I came from San Francisco-known to have the Best Chinese food(Asian food).

Zero star if you ask me!

Food good. Staff not great. Walked in at 8:50pm and immediately was told "we close at 10!" Geez. How about start with "welcome"?? They got order wrong and although corrected it they seemed annoyed.

Food was average and service was okay. Seems like most meat dishes are fried and the oil is present in every bite. The fried noodles were not that good. The fried duck wasn't tender although the fried beef was.

I'm sure there's excellent Chinese food in the city, but this isn't it.

The food was genuinely homemade. Peking Duck was perfect. Soups delicious. Sweet and sour pork had a great flavor.

Service was great.

Atmosphere relaxed.

This was right next to our Airbnb. On a very cold, wet night, we were thrilled to find great food so close. The family dumplings recipe was light and flavorful. The beef with pepper was spicy and warm with lots of crisp peppers. Delicious.

I give this place a solid 4 stars. I went to this spot during their lunch hours so I was able to order from their lunch menu. The prices were super reasonable with their lunch menu. Each person's meal ranged from 7 to 10 euros.

I ordered their fried tofu. As far as my drink, I opted for their rose blossom tea. I recommend both of these options for lunch. In total I paid about 12 euros for my drink and lunch. The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is kind of salty. Thus, I would have wanted more rice. I suggest you order an extra bowl of rice to counter the salty level of the tofu dish.

Delicious food!
I was a bit in doubt if I should go in since the restaurant was not very full. I'm glad i did.
I order the jellyfish salad and the eggplant main dish. Both were absolutely amazing.
When the portion arrived I regretted ordering so much food because they could easily be shared by 2 people. The egg plan was so amazing that I almost ate the whole portion.

I went to this place twice. Great food and the service was superb. It's located right behind the Mall of Berlin and a quick walk from The Topography of Terror Museum as well as the Memorial for Murdered Jews. I thought it provided great portion sizes for the prices. They do take credit cards too! It was nice to have some quality asian food and take a break from the German brats and Christmas market foods. I'd definitely come back here.
