Pontypridd Golf Club

Situated on the hillside in Pontypridd the golf club has a superb location with ample car parking spaces. The food is great and i would definately try the chips! The club is decorated tastefully and is often used for wedding receptions i'd definately recomend it.

Lovely location ideal in the summer it has a large patio area for oudoot eating. Reasonably priced food and very friendly staff. Sunday dinner is a must! The course is very challenging as it is situated on the side of a mountain.

Very disappointed after attending a wedding, and then found out that been under review with Environmental Health so check with the local authority before booking anything to see the status of the kitchen.


The original steward / stewardess who were renowned for their excllent catering have now left and a new person is now in charge of the kitchen and there appear to be problems - do not waste money do your homework.

We came from Tenby golfclub to join the pontypridd ladies open day wonderful course with breathtaking views the ladies made us very welcome and the evening meal was lovely ! I can't wait to take my husband as he will love this challenging course ! You need to be fit to get up some of the gradients but the views and the superb condition of the course are well worth the effort the members and staff were just so welcoming !
