It's like Wilhelm Wonka's Schokolade Factory, though not as large or film-like spectacular. Still, if you like chocolate, it's a fun stop. Such a variety of chocolate to see and purchase. I took advantage of a sale on an "approaching-expiration-date" assortment bag of 2,000 grams. That's 4.4 pounds of chocolate, people!

Four stars because we didn't get to try the café.
If you love Ritter Sport candy, then this shop is the place for you! Name the variety of chocolate bar you want, and they probably have some variation of it here. There are regular sized bars, mini bars, advent calendars, a meter stick of mini bars, multiple mixed assortment cases of candy, clothing, bags and lots of other Ritter Sport branded items.
*Note* They don't give you a shopping bag for your purchases, so either bring one, or shell out 1 Euro for a Ritter Sport themed reusable tote bag.
As an American, I found LOTS of flavors that I can't find back home, including vegan options! I snapped up a bunch of candies for myself as well as gifts for friends and family. And, I bought that tote bag as a souvenir. :)

Missed the workshop we signed up for but we were still happy to be able to make our own candy bars.
There's a museum that gives some history about the company upstairs. It's small but still informative.
The store downstairs has all the sweets you could imagine as well trial bars. Great way to get some souvenirs or gifts as some items can not be found in regular stores.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 19 oct. 2022
It doesn't matter if it's your first time Berlin or your 50th time to Berlin... If you are a Ritter sport fan, this is the place to go to have all of your different options in one place! If you come starting in late October, you can even find an Advent Calendar which can go home with you.

Cons:
-Definitely NOT a museum as advertised in a few guides--there's a few infographics on the second floor but that's it. Don't go here if that's what you're looking for.
Pros:
-Cool shopping experience given the number of flavors and sizes they offer here.
-Cafe has cakes shaped like the bars, which is a quirky touch.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 15 oct. 2017
A great marketing place for Ritter Sport. The best part about this store is that you can buy almost all types of bars here that they manufacture and they have a counter where you can make your own bar and pick it up 30 mins later. It's the most popular part of the store and there was a lineup the whole time I was there. There is a chocolate museum upstairs and yeah, it's ok, your life won't be incomplete if you never went up there.
It's a good tourist attraction in town. It seems to be popular with Asian tourists for some reason. Or maybe, I happened to be there when it was full of Asian tourists. I have been there once and don't feel the need to go there again :-)Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Xavier Y.San Francisco, États-Unis95013223 déc. 2019
This is one of my favorite chocolates! The flagship store is a chocolate paradise! There's a chocolate making room at the front where you can customize your own chocolate bar. The employees that make the candy bars are all so sweet and super friendly. The candy store is on the main floor with a plethora of chocolate bar varieties. I was supposed to leave with a few, but I left with a whole basket. You don't find some of these flavors in America. Upstairs they have a mini museum about Ritter and a restaurant. Very informative museum and fun displays. I wish that Ritter had a flagship store here in America!
PROS: Friendly service and a mass collection of Ritter flavors
CONS: There is a wait for the candy bars to be made if you are customizing them. However this is understandable since there are a lot of people making orders for them.
TIPS: Order your customize bar first (if you are planning to), then check out the museum and restaurant. Afterwards, you can pick up some fun candy bars on the main floor. By that time your customized candy bar should be ready for pickup.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Heather Z.San Diego, États-Unis2856124 oct. 2019
This was my favorite place we went in Berlin. They have every flavor of chocolate bar you can think of. You can even make your own custom bar.
They also have a cafe upstairs with different food, desserts, and ice creams made with their chocolate. It was heavenly.
I was also surprised how inexpensive it was. The chocolate bars were about half the price they are in stores.
The hardest part was deciding what to get. I wanted to buy the whole store.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 119121182226 janv. 2019
This is one of my favorite chocolates and to go in the store was so neat. Every flavor you can imagine is available and you can even create and make your own personalized bar. They have grab bags of miscellaneous chocolates for a discounted rate - such a great bargain. They even have the "king size" giant bars and other Ritter items.
