Sneezums

I went here to buy a ring at a reasonable price. I wanted a gold ring with some kind of stone, I was first served by a young man who was being very helpful, however a woman took over and served me, who I think is the owner, kept showing me rings out of my price range. After I repeatedly said no, she was very patronising and belittling with her overly sarcastic posh accent. I had had enough and just left, so they therefore lost out on my custom. I will not be going back here again, and if I did I would go back to the first young man who was originally serving me.

Lovely family jewellers which has just had a fabulous refit. Until recently It was exactly the same inside as when I went to buy my first watch aged 7! It's great inside now with a lovely range of jewellery/ watches. They also sell a range of telescopes and have very knowledgable staff to talk over purchases.

Poor customer service, was met with an older lady, with an audaciously false posh accent, who had absolutely no idea on engagement rings and diamond quality, the choice of rings is limited and the service makes for an unpleasant experience, Would highly recommend using a different jewellers.
