A nice pub with good service and drinks, the fish and chips were a big portion but just okay. Greasy and the breading separated from the fish.

Service was absolute shite in this place and the lager was warm.
My husband went to get a splash of 7up in his lager to cool it down and the bored, dismissive looking girl at the bar said it would be £4.
Never will I go here again- all my happy memories of old, spending the whole night in this place with my mates in days gone by, have gone. You ruined it....thanks very muchHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adam E.North Las Vegas, États-Unis19311227 juin 2023
The service here is bad. Our server was Maria who also said that she was the manager. She was very rude. The fish and chips was solid though. We had leftovers and asked for a takeaway container and she said they don't have them. They can offer "paper". I asked if it was paper plates, she said no. As much as I enjoyed the fish and chips, I wouldn't recommend this place. With employees like Maria, it's not worth your time.

Hubby and I walked into this pub, and was surprised that it was not busy. We found a table by the window, which was dirty. While one lady was wiping down other tables, she walked right past us. Went to the till to order food. Hubby wanted a burger, which was not available. I wanted a salad, which was not available. The rude guy behind the till told me they are very busy and ran out of food. Rude service and common menu items are not available, so we left.

Nice pub experience for our first night in London. The bartenders were friendly. Service was good. I ordered the fish & chips and mushy peas. Everything was great, except the tarter sauce wasn't my favorite.

Good beer, slowest, lackadaisical service ever. Seriously. Then it got busy. Lunch never came.

This pub has a special place in my heart, namely because I had just arrived from Germany, dumped my bags in my hotel, and got here just before the bell for last drinks was rung. Mind you, at the time is was pretty crowded, but then again it was Easter Weekend. This time the place was somewhat less crowded, but there was still a fair number of people crowding in here. However, as a pub, it is pretty stock standard, and there is nothing hugely fantastic about it beyond it being the first place I visited when I was in England once.

I love the location of this pub. Right in the middle of the neighborhood. Has a small town feel. Not too far from Hyde Park and few of the underground stations. The salad here was great. Fish & Chips was good. The service as kind of spotty. Kitchen closes somewhat early as most of the establishments in the neighbor hood does. The crowd was upbeat for Thursday and Friday evenings. Came back for breakfast and it was pretty good. I just do not understand when it opened in the mornings; it seems inconsistent. But all in all, when I visit this neighborhood, I will be coming here to dine.

Just had a great salad at baywaterarms. Looked in the menu and it suggested to pair it with the ReKorderlig Cider. Perfect pair. Really enjoyed my meal, the chicken and bacon salad (£10.99) was delicious and the paired cider was sweet and refreshing (~£5). It's a very popular and upbeat place withe seating inside and outside. I found a corner quiet table and sat down. I realized I had to go to the bar to order once I saw someone else do so. The waitress had a fun personality and they played top40 songs in the bar. I paid at the bar as well which they include the tip amount (VAT 20%).
I was able to get my drink right away (also they ID if you look young, good thing I brought a health card). The salad took around 10 minutes to arrive.
Enjoyed my time here. I'd come again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Juan B.Death Valley, États-Unis6414324111 oct. 2014
Last day in London and I wanted a full English Breakfast. Being that this place was right around the corner from our flat for the week, I took a chance on them. Bayswater Arms was good, really enjoyed the food. Locals might not pick this place as their #1. For a traveller it works. On to the food, big day ahead of you and you need a hearty breakfast. The Full English is packed with protein perfect to keep you going. *note picture below*
The pub itself has the feel and look of all the other old style pubs around London. So the nostalgia of eating in a English pub is there. No complains from me on Bayswater Arms I enjoyed it all. If ever I'm back in the area I know I have a cool place to go eat and have a drink. Cheers and enjoy life!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
