Ugg, just the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and just don't go. They don't appreciate their customers. :(

Cosy little pub in the scenic hills leading up to Richmond Park.
We stopped by for a pint on our return from a nearby spa hotel. The exterior immediately grabbed our attention, as it was traditional yet very well maintained.
They had a reasonable selection of beer, though I wished the staff member were a bit more knowledgeable about its ale selection, which I most like. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my half pint of ale that I got in the end.
They have a nice outdoor seating area, if the weather is sunny enough. On this occasion, we were blessed by gloriously warm weather, so made the most of it sitting on the outdoor benches.
Pop by if you ever walk in this path, it will be an hour well spentHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melissa M.Lihue, États-Unis112312 avr. 2019
My favorite pub of all time. Experience a true British pub. This is a good local cozy boozer. Friendly staff. And they have pork scratchings.

The sign in front says that it's Richmond's smallest and friendliest pub. I'd find it hard to argue. It's tiny, with only a couple of seats and a very small bar. But there's a tiny paved garden out back (just a space with three tables behind the pub), and lots of people take their drinks across the street to a small hilly green.
The bartender was kind enough to warn me that a previous patron had thought that my first choice of pint (Hobgoblin) was perhaps going off, and let me taste it. It was indeed on the way out, so I ordered an Adnams bitter instead. Nice of him to tell me so, I thought.
Very local, very friendly pub.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Membre Qype (greenm…)Esher, Royaume-Uni1732707 août 2008
Tiny and cosy pub on Richmond Hill, 20 people and it'll feel pretty full. There's a small garden to the rear, but keen smokers seem to take their chairs across the road.
Good cheap beer and frindly regulars what more can I say.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
