Don't take my word for it--well actually, yes--do.

Julie's experience and expertise shined through in the recent sale of our home. Her knowledge of market trends and trajectory gained us top dollar for our property. We were truly grateful for her ongoing advice during the sale, and her excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Julie Vock as a listing agent for your property, or if you are a buyer and need a professional to navigate this hot market.

DSR Leasing reached out to me to make this situation right. I'm confident my experience was a fluke, and the particular associate I was dealing with no longer works there. Since we primarily lease vehicles in my household I will definitely be a repeat customer and continue using DSR for my vehicle leasing needs, because in the end you can't beat the convenience of having someone else handling the worst part of the car buying experience: the dealership.
I'll start by saying that my experience is likely not typical and your experience will likely be a smoother process, but this is my story.
I contacted DSR to lease a new Lexus RC350 F-sport coupe. I was put in touch with one of their people named Kelley. She could not locate the color and options I wanted, so a special order from the Lexus dealer was necessary. I expected this as my tastes were very specific. I was told a factory order takes 3-4 months, typical from what I've experienced at other brands. I paid my deposit and started the wait.
A couple months went by and I asked Kelley for an update. Nothing yet, I was told. Another few weeks, same thing. As we approached the 4 month mark I started pushing a little harder and thought it was strange there was no ETA yet. Email after email sent to Kelley, always with the same response: I'll check on that for you; let me get right back to you; the dealer should have allotment soon and I'll let you know. Well Kelley never ever got back to me. In every instance I had to re initiate the conversation and try to get an answer from her. Her lack of communication and professionalism was appalling, and looking back I should've taken it above her sooner.
Around the 6 month mark, with no update or ETA, I emailed Kelley and requested my deposit back and decided I didn't like the idea of them holding onto my deposit and leaving me in the dark 2 months after my car should have been delivered.
Shortly after that, I received a call from one of the other associates there. He told me Kelley was no longer with the company (surprise, surprise) and they were going through her emails to make sure no one fell through the cracks. So where was my Lexus that I ordered? I never really got a clear answer on what happened. Was it never ordered? Did the dealership sell it to someone else? I guess I'll never know.
To finish this process and finally be done with DSR Leasing, I opted for another brand and told them to find me something on a dealer lot so we could wrap this up.
In the end, I leased an Audi S5. The Audi dealer delivered it to my home and I signed the papers on my kitchen table. The process was smooth and easy. The discount off MSRP was good, but not amazing. But the lack of communication from DSR and being left in the dark for months on end was completely unacceptable.
Would I use DSR again? Probably. That's how much I hate dealing with car dealerships. Hopefully next time the process will be much smoother for me, and maybe they'll waive the broker fee for my troubles.
Missing a lot of staples on the menu you would expect, like chicken parm. The one thing I was told to I had to try they were out of (souffle). Food quality and taste was underwhelming, and with my dish of gnocchi and asparagus costing $18, it was about $6 overpriced. Not the best atmosphere, with a cramped and crowded dining room. Not sure the appeal of this place landed with me. Lots of better Italian options in the area.
Regarding the Service Department:
Nice and spacious waiting area. Friendly enough advisors. Efficient enough (wait times were reasonable).
Fresh coffee and bottled water is nice, but no snacks while I waited was a big bummer since I hadn't eaten before my appointment. Many other dealers have a better spread in regards to complimentary food and drink.
Using styrofoam cups for the coffee and no recycle bins for the water bottles is a bit environmentally unfriendly nowadays, isn't it?
I've always liked Poquito Mas but now I'm very happy to have one in Orange County, and can say it is now my go-to burrito place. Great outdoor atmosphere in a historic building with tons of seating, heaters, and ample parking. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only change I would make is the option for a soda fountain; currently they only have bottles.
