This is for the Concord store.
After spending over $30k at this store, they are unwilling to help get me to even a slightly respectable and reasonable resolution on a damaged item I had purchased as a combo set.
The Thermador hood that retails $3500 came damaged with a small dent still inside the box. Uninstalled, Thermador and David the store manager and along with the salesperson Apaoulo Freitas weren't able to help, although professional they gave me the run around and I always had to call back and repeat myself in which prolonged the potential exchange or return window. They pretty much didn't take my situation all too seriously since they're already gotten my money.
This isn't a few hundred dollars we are talking about a large amount of hard earned money.
I feel sick to my stomach that a so called Bay Area reputable store can't even take care of a loyal customer. This was not the first purchase I've made through them in the years past.

After 27.5 years of faithful service, my GE Monogram refrigerator stopped working. After being informed by the GE repair person that parts were no longer available, it was time to buy a new refrigerator. I have purchased appliances from Airport Appliance several times before, as have members of my family. They state their prices up front, deliver on-time or early, and take care of their customers well. We trust and depend on them.
I arrived at Airport Appliance in Concord, and was wandering around looking for a replacement refrigerator. (I had been to two competing businesses earlier in the day, and neither of them had any staff offer me assistance.) I was asked if I needed any help by Mike Moreno. Mike has a very pleasant demeanor, is laid back, soft spoken, and has depth of expertise in the products he is selling. I told him that I was looking for a refrigerator with certain measurements, in stainless steel, with an external water / ice dispenser. Mike excused himself to check inventory on his computer.
When Mike returned, he informed me of the available options including their delivery times. He then showed me the models I was interested in. He explained their features and what made each unit special. I was concerned about the cabinetry in my kitchen not providing the appropriate space for the new refrigerator. I described it to him using layman's terms and wavy hand gestures. Mike immediately knew what I was describing, and gave me his suggestions on what I needed to do to get the cabinetry resized appropriately. He also took me behind a refrigerator so I could see the back where the power cord would come out, so I would know if my outlet needed relocation. He gave me a printout of a spec sheet that had all the information I needed. I went home that night, using Mike's advice, and adjusted the cabinet spacing.
I returned the next day with my Wife to ensure she was happy with the refrigerator I intended to buy, and approved. Mike re-explained the features of the refrigerator to her, and let her examine it as much as she wanted. She shared my opinion that Mike does an amazing job and is a pleasure to work with. We asked a lot of questions, and then purchased the refrigerator. Mike followed up with the delivery day and time as soon as the information was made available to him.
The refrigerator was installed today by three of the hardest working, happiest delivery people I have encountered. They put protective coverings over our hardwood floors and were able to remove the old refrigerator without issue. Their dexterity in moving the large and heavy appliances made me glad we had hired professionals. They unboxed and installed the new refrigerator, installing it according the manufacturers specifications. It fit perfectly in its spot with no further cabinetry modifications needed because I followed Mike's suggestions. They made sure it was secured and earthquake safe, connected power and water, and then gave us an overview. They provided the manual, and associated documents, and made sure we understood what to do next and had no further questions.
Thank you to Mike, the three hard working delivery guys, and the rest of Airport Appliance. You did your jobs well, and I appreciate the end result. Came to purchase a dish washer for the house - Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable on the differences between our top 3 dishwasher picks. We were able to make a selection pretty quickly with the vast variety of appliances they had here. Will be back again!

I purchased a new dishwasher from AHA. Mike Moreno was professional, very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured to buy the dishwasher on my first visit. Mike copied the specs on 3 different dishwashers including all the costs, gave me his business card and said to call if I had any questions. I went back a week later and bought the dishwasher from Mike. I will recommend AHA to anyone needing to purchase an appliance. Kudos to AHA for running a company with such great employees like Mike Moreno.

We worked with Erik to purchase our new refrigerator. In the showroom he was helpful and attentive without being pushy. We called him a few hours later to inquire about several items we saw online and he was patient with all our questions. We ended up having success with one of the fridges and the purchase process was easy and seamless. For us needing a new fridge quickly, this was a pretty easy process and we are glad we chose Airport!

Went in this morning with a specific washing machine and dryer set that I wanted to see.
Quickly ran into Mike Moreno (Premium Specialist) who offered his assistance. He was kind, considerate and full of information. No pressure sales experienced while there. When I told him I was going to look at another store and may be back later he joked around with us a bit (in a good way) but also said he would match any offer we found better than his.
We returned and purchased the set we had originally went in to look at and the sales experience was no less enjoyable than the first visit.
