      I'm sorry I don't know the sales associate that helped us today, but I hope you know I'm talking about you. We came in looking for a Bluetooth speaker and ended up buying one, along with a new sound bar and subwoofer for our television (we wanted a new one anyway).
      Our associate was so helpful and knowledgeable, and I just want them to know how happy my husband is with our new Sony A5000 system, even though I'm the one who made sure we got the higher end model.

      This review is exclusively for the pick up experience here. We were visiting Portland and wanted to get some phones for my friends. It was a last minute plan and I could see all the devices I was looking for was available in this store. So I ordered them online in the morning while driving to Portland. Voila! I have the pickup notification in another 30 mins.

      When we arrived at the store later that day, there's a dedicated line for online pickup. The associate scanned the QR code, checked the ID and in another 5 minutes I have the devices in my hand. Great experience working with the associate. He was friendly and super quick to find my order. He explained me about some of the offers going on for the open box items; and I got couple of other good deals as well.

      Standard Best Buy with all the normal departments. There is a lot going on and a variety of items in each category, especially the TV area. If you don't do the research first, it can be challenging to find a product that matches your needs without assistance.

      if you are lucky enough to have an assistant offer help and they are knowledgeable across brands, then it's a good experience. But often they provide too much info that my head starts spinning and I can't decipher it.

      For this reason, I do a lot of research on my own then either go in the store to validate my findings or order online, and do a curbside pickup.

      I ordered something online to be delivered to my apartment and the incompetent delivery person left the package in the only place it was guaranteed to get stolen. Spoiler alert, the package was stolen. If a delivery person can't figure out how to hide a package in the bushes, call the person on the call box, or mark the package, undeliverable, and try again the next day; they are either mentally deficient, totally and utterly incompetent, or just careless. In any of those situations, it reflects poorly on Best Buy and makes me never want to shop there ever again. Add that to their racist CEO, regular on going theft from their retail locations and Best Buy is on track to bankruptcy. Good riddance.

      Haven't been here for a couple of years came in today and had a great experience, Jonah was very insightful on what I needed for my new laptop. I was able to get the things I needed and learned new things about what I actually need from his pass experience definitely coming back. Best Buy knows how to train their employees well because he said he was new yet pointed me in the right direction. It's very refreshing to have a honest salesperson.

      Stopped in to check out their Black Friday deals. There were plenty of employees available for questions and to help carry big box/heavy purchases up to the front for payment.

      The lines for checkout and pick-up weren't too bad and moved fairly quickly. The store pick-up option seemed to be the busiest, which helped keep the volume of customers inside the store down. There were tons of pick-up parking spots in their lot.

      Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for deals and service.

      Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! We set up our appointment online a week in advance to change a battery on an iPhone 7 Plus for our son. Setting up the appointment was super easy, stated the price and how long the appointment would take. They had a week to get the part in. A day before our appointment they confirmed our appointment leading us to believe all parts were in and we were good to go. We make the hour drive only to find out the part was not in, we'd have to leave our phone for around a week estimation. We were upset because the appointment never said it was for drop off. We were not okay driving a total of 4 hrs without knowing this ahead of time. The guys (cashier, manager and another manager) blamed it away as it is Apple's fault and the scheduling computer lol. No, it is your fault - this is false advertising, etc. we would have been okay and/or changed our mind but tell people UP FRONT they will have to leave their phone.

      I would have given one star, but the manager above the other did call around and found another store in Beaverton with the battery in stock and willing to get it fixed today! We are thankful for that, but please fix the scheduling app to tell people it is only a DROP OFF APPOINTMENT and your device will not be fixed that day! Very disappointed. We had to drive an additional 22 minutes out to Beaverton to another Best Buy. I will leave them a review as well.

      Every time I go to this location I have a good experience. They've always price matched my purchases. Thanks Ariel, Nate, Nick, Josh, Kevin, Clark, Ryan and everyone else you all run a great store.

      Bought fridge but they totally dropped the ball and I had to go elsewhere after they promised to deliver the fridge. They took the order but never placed it.
