      Byram Healthcare's customer experience is not acceptable. Management should try calling in and experience the frustration we do dealing with the horrific auto attendant system and the extreme wait times to speak to someone.

      Yes, I do my orders on line but when orders are mismanaged or a billing question arises one must reach out to a person. Knowing how poorly run the call in process is I tried on line "Chat". I waited the stated 3-5 business days for the promised follow up response in vain.

      I'd rather go to the dentist then call in but no reply to my Chat request what choice do I have?

      Customer service acknowledged Byram missed shipping last months (Aug 2021) supplies but promised it would go out expedited today(September 9 2021), we'll see.
      Billing eventually gave me the information I was looking for, All in All it took 2 hours of aggravation to do this, not acceptable, they must do better.

      If I could have put ZERO stars I would. Byram Healthcare is the WORST business I have ever dealt with. I will never use them again.

      I ordered my supplies December 19,2023 through their app. the was zero correspondence from Byram, until
      they changed the date of my order
      to January 10,2024.

      I had met my out of pocket max and that was the reason for my order. they waited until January 10 to process my order and billed me. I did not receive my supplies until January 17. almost a month after my initial order.

      I have been on the phone with Byram's people and they are absolutely horrible. changed their story twice, will NOT let me talk with a manager or supervisor. told me
      a supervisor would call back twice. never heard from them. my order
      has never even been opened and they will
      not take it back.

      I have honestly tried to make this situation right and spent at least a total of 6 hours on the phone with them, and I at
      square one! I'm on a fixed income and can't afford what they have charged me. This company is pathetic. please save yourself the trouble!

      Each time is is time for a shipment I get a text that there is a problem with my healthcare provider. I call them to find out the issue. I have to give a complete history of myself. Not just name and date of birth even down to is my phone land or mobile. They claim it is for hippa. N other place requires this much information. Then I call my doctor's office, she calls Byram, calls me back, to say that I have NOT provided Byram proper information. I call Byram back they say it is ready to ship. I am offended of all this time wasted and the redundancy is ad nauseam.

      Byram Healthcare has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I have been trying to get my supplies delivered since March 5th and they STILL claim they have not received the fax. I have the doctor's office's fax confirmations from sending it to the FOUR different numbers provided at each phone call. They admit to having trouble keeping up with all the faxes and not being able to handle organization, yet do nothing to improve. I am now officially out of supplies and "we are so sorry to hear this. Please RESEND the fax" is their only response. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

      Over two years with this company and they always sent out supplies late, so yes we went without important health devices days sometimes weeks. They always gave the response they where waiting in the doctors to provide required documentation, I communicated this to the doctors office and they started sending me the responses with all the paperwork and was providing the full required information on time every 3 months as requested. Yet days would go by and Byram would still send automated and private emails the order was delayed due to doctors not providing them with what they need. They give a person you can reply to but they NEVER respond it's like a black hole when trying to get help or responses.

      I have been on Medicare Parts A and B, along with a Humana Supplemental Insurance Plan since 01/01/2022. Every 3 months requires interaction with Byram Healthcare to reorder CGM and insulin pump supplies. Every interaction requires 2-3 follow-up calls, lasting between 1-3 hours and numerous departments. One time after posting a social media negative review I received a call from Byram, and my issue was resolved. My last interaction with Byram Healthcare Customer Service, I was told that I could no longer receive supplies as Byram Healthcare was not a "Provider" for Humana Medicare Supplemental Insurance Plans. I tried to explain, unsuccessfully, that if my Durable Equipment was covered by Medicare Part B, Humana must pay the remaining balance under my Supplemental Plan. I have since verified this with Medicare and Humana.
      Before turning 65, retiring and having Medicare/Humana coverage, I had been a customer of Byram Healthcare, having private insurance through my employer. I had many years of satisfactory customer service, interactions every 3 months. With this statement documenting Byram HealthCare's service and working with my Medicare benefits, I believe that I am being abused!

      Byram needs to look up the definition of customer service and what "good customer service" involves! They rarely answer the phone and when they do, the representatives are rude, curt, and unable to help with your reason for calling. I was told to solve my own problem because they were not going to deal with my physician and they refused to ship supplies. They then hung up on me. Time to find another supplier.

      Byram Health Care is a disgrace. They make America look bad. They don't deserve any stars. I am a quadriplegic paralyzed from the shoulders down. I've received intermittent catheters and external condom catheters for 30 years. Cash wise per month, these items are over $1500 alone. Am I supposed to pay that now with my Social Security disability check which I make only $1100 per month total.

      Byram Health Care and managers are telling me that Medicare does not pay for that. Therefore, cannot send these items to me anymore. I don't want apologies. So it is just okay to go to the gas chamber now.

      I called Medicare and they stated that some of their documentation was not properly filled out correctly and that Byram Health Care needs to call the Medicare provider line to get information assistance for anything to fix the errors in the documentation justification for overage.

      When I call my doctor, they stated that Byram Health Care has not requested any additional information from them.

      When I call and ask for help At Byram Health Care, I get the runaround and get swept under the rug including with managers. No one wants to help and fix any problems.

      I need my monthly supplies or I live a short life and will die from bacterial infection. Does anyone understand that?

      Does this company need national media attention for Byram Health Care to resolve its internal problems?

      I need a specialist that knows what they are doing. Stop providing misinformation to the customers That Medicare is not paying.

      I need an experienced specialist worker that knows how to prepare documentation for overage amount traditionally not covered by Medicare.

      I need someone with experience, that calls the Medicare provider line regularly, and that calls my urology doctor and my medical doctor to get the proper information for the insurance to work regularly. Can someone please do their jobs??

      Does anyone know how to manage that place? I hope the owners know they are obviously losing millions due to poor management. I'm certain this is happening in bulk just looking at the ratings.

      I canceled a supply order and they shipped it anyway. They proceeded to lie and mislead me for a month as to where the return tag was. It's impossible to deal with these people.

      I have never had issues with Byram Healthcare. They've always shipped my supplies timely and with great customer service.
