Columbia Factory Store

This store is always clean and tidy, they have a wide selection, and the staff are friendly. The location is really convenient, just a minute's walk from Assembly Station.
Unfortunately, I've never been able to find clothes in plus-sizes in-store. So other than apparel, I'm basically not able to shop here. Otherwise, I find the products high quality and kept neat whenever I visit.

Few minutes ago ,i visited this store and i bought a fleece lined socks that was marked 50% on the sale tag and when I went to cashier ,they didnt saw barcode on socks and they went out and pulled another socks which price was different.The socks which I was about to buy was $16 which already bought 2 more times after discount they were $8 . They told me the price is same but actually it's not they charged me extra $2 dollars.

Wow! I am so grateful for Alex! He was so patient with my indecisiveness and the hour I spent looking for the right gloves and hats in the store. From the moment I stepped in Alex let me know of the latest deal Columbia was having. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me straight to the products I needed. He also showed me the gloves in other sections of the store just so I knew of all my options. He knew the products really well and told me the benefits of omni-heat. Thanks to him I was able to make my decision and left with two gloves and two hats. Alex let me know of other customer reviews of the products and it really gave me a better understanding of what to expect. Most of all, Alex was really patient with me. I had many questions, I took lots of time to decide, and I wasn't a very informed or easy customer necessarily, but he was always friendly and helpful. Thank you Alex for me and my boyfriend's first Columbia products! Awesome customer service!

Most of my outerwear jackets are made by Columbia. I used to frequent their Kittery Maine store, but when I moved closer to Boston, I've been to the Somerville store plenty of times -- and bought plenty of jackets!

Incorrect price was marked on a sale item, but the difference was only a few dollars. There was confusion with how much of a discount it would be, but I was fine with either price and told them that. However, when the cashier rung up the item, it turned out to be higher than the higher sale price I thought it'd be. Instead of honoring the incorrectly marked price, they wanted me to pay the price that it rung up at. I was honestly taken aback at the disconnect in customer service.

This is my favorite store in Boston. The staff are awesome (especially the store manager), super friendly and helpful, and the store is always well maintained. Love it!

This place has plenty of street parking also a parking garage nearby but you have to pay to metered, unless you walk to the Kmart parking lot they offer 3 hours free parking for the outlets. This store is very delightful lots of different options for the cold weather and they always have an amazing sale going on. The workers here are always friendly and very knowledgeable and every time I come here I am never disappointed. And why would you pay retail when you could come to this outlet and save at least 40% off regular price.
