Costco Wholesale

I've slept on Costco for too long. This place can be an anxiety inducing fever dream, but for folks with kids it's kind of a savior.

I try to shop local as much a possible, but something's just don't translate. My kids eat like savages; so I get all of our frozen food, lunch snacks, and gallons of "healthy" vitamin water for tee-ball practice here. The massive quantities last way longer which keeps us from hitting the grocery store every weekend and helps us save a little coin.

We sometimes get fruit and booze here, but most everything else would spoil before we could consume it all. I do love those Costco hot dogs and chicken bakes. That's worth the trip alone!

This one has the ahi tuna! Lunch! Jackpot! They had a bunch. 1 picked. Right back in the fresh deli area. Easy to find!

Busy! Pretty sure that's normal on a Sunday!

Self-checkout! Easy & convenient. Showed the receipt and left.

This establishment stopped being a place that competes on the basis of its wonderful return policy and now it's just a big box store that will challenge everybody's return with their updated return policy. No food item returns unless it's defective. Previously a, "try and if you don't like return." Electronics (defective GoPro 10) return within 90 days, period.

So now that their unique attributes are no longer, the value is limited big box options at possibly better prices. Even this we've found a workaround by doing our homework with local grocery stores. Definitely not positive change advertised to their patrons. For shame, Costco.

Worst RED ROSES ever.The leaves were missing off the stems, so to compensate for that, they shoved a bunch of loose leaves into the plastic packaging. The loose leaves ended up becoming moldy, causing the stems to look rotted. !!!!

POOR POOR customer relations absolutely pathetic ! I always cringe coming here, but there is something's that I need from Costco, today I witnessed a manager yelling at one of her co- workers like he was a dog ! Calling him from across the store with dozens of customers around I felt so sorry for the young man , I almost said something , that young lady has no management skills , I'm sure it's passed down from upper management

Food court is a joke. We called in two pizzas and they said they would be ready in 10 minutes. Here we are 45 minutes later and they haven't even started yet. I think we just need to give up on Costco and go with Sam's Club. And the pizza was over done when we got it home. Awful place.

We have been a member since 2011 and you can find great prices for bulk items and sometimes clothes plus shoes. We've also have gotten great deals for restaurants and vacations. They just got self checkout at this Costco by river park and it's really made it easier. Membership runs from $60-$120 for a year and you get two cards one for you and another person.

The funny part is our most favorite part is the food court! Now that it's back open this food court is still offering the amazing hot dogs with a drink $1.50 which you can't beat, pizza ($2-$10) and the chicken bake($2.99)

Called customer service because we still have an old card from 2008! Rep would not speak with me or my husband because card is old and nothing we could say or do over the phone would get them to send a new card! We live far from Costco and we wasted an hour of out time with no avail. When I asked for them to just send a copy of my renewal invoice they refused to do this too! I absolutely am disappointed on how being a member for 25 years gets me this ludicrous treatment & will be filing complaint with corporate!

Abby building, about 2 weeks ago or so. Register closest to the exit, it was an older Hispanic man and an older white woman. They have a problem with people using EBT, maybe they shouldn't be working there.

A lot of folks qualify for food stamps. Someone puts $200 worth of product on the belt, you don't shame them for how they're paying for it.

They tried explaining why they couldn't ring up my daughter's items separately from mine (reloaded her cart, went back in line to another register, stupid rule with stupid workaround). Anywho, I have a processing disorder, so I struggled to understand their reasoning.

Tried telling them I'm disabled, said, "I'm sorry my brain doesn't work right." The woman answered loudly, "WE KNOW!!!" Then proceeded to explain how everyone in society is stupid now, so "it's ok."

That classist crap and condescending attitude is completely uncalled for. I'm never going to this building again, but it seems as though "our kind" are unwanted anyway.

Decided to shop at Costco on Monday instead of the weekend. It's clean and easy to find the parking today!
