Hands down The Best FRENCH TOAST I EVER HAD!!! I stand by my review #changeMyMind. The club was fresh and delicious

Yesterday around 11am we ordered the prime rib breakfast to go and I ordered it medium.
When we opened the box, the prime rib looked extremely well done.
The whole steak was dark on both sides and there was none of the pink in the middle as " medium" should be.
We still cut it in half, and neither of us touched it. It was really tough and lots of gristle. If we were at the restaurant, we would have sent it back.
We ended up only eating the eggs, hash browns and biscuits with gravy.
Today I called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager ro let them know it's not okay to serve a piece of meat like they did when we paid $41 for 1 breakfast.
I was told they were too busy to come to the phone but she would pass along my complaint.
No phone call was received, so I'm not even sure my call was brought to management's attention.
If they didn't have a medium piece of prime rib, then they should have called us back to let us know to order something different.
I was really craving that breakfast and was totally let down. I will also add we have ordered this breakfast many times before, and It was always delicious until yesterday.

Today we went to Lancaster take a ride to a friend who lives there. She gave a tip to go in this place for brunch. Locals like there, and portions are huge. Indeed, the plates serve two easily, tasty and it is not salty. The service bistro really nice, friendly and fast. The ambiance bus really cool! There are car plates, I think around the world. Retro Americana decoration. The price is reasonable, $35 for two by plates.

Always love having an indulgent breakfast here. The food is excellent as is the service, especially Dawn. It's a rustic diner-type setting which is comfortable. We were hangry and got the large omelettes and took home the leftovers. We shared a Belgium Waffle which comes with warm syrup and we ask for melted butter. Delicious. Biscuits and gravy on the side are on point - fluffy biscuits made in house. In the past we've also had burgers, the pastrami sandwich, and the corned beef hash - everything is always so good. Just go.

Haven't been here in years. I treated my friend to lunch and she chose this place.

There's plenty of parking outside. Inside was crowded but thankfully no wait. They had a lot of cool different license plates hung up with. They also had a cool vintage car that was made into a booth and that's were we dined.

My friend ordered the pastrami sandwich and I ordered the veggie patty. I really didn't care for the veggie patty. I'm more of an impossible Burger type of person.

Service , was great and I don't remember our waitress. Thank you!

I love this Diner!!!! First time to visit today and wow!!!! Flavor extravaganza and Cozy comfort all wrapped into a cute little restaurant.

I didn't wait long and the service was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking, cozy inside, clean but of course most importantly food was fresh, flavorful and put an instant smile on my face! So happy I tried this spot I will be back!!!

Old fashion service, great food variety and a nostalgic feeling of yesteryear are just a few of the cool things I like about Crazy Otto's. Took a friend there last week that I hadn't seen in years and the staff graciously allowed us to spend time catching up. Had not been to Otto's since 2003 but whenever I'm back in the AV, I will be back!

Great family atmosphere and we sat inside a car while we ate lunch. Their menu has quite the variety of food and drinks. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs and the wife got their eggs Benedict. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and top notch. Large portions so come hungry. Handles large groups as well.

The best hearty breakfast in the AV. And they open early. Can't go wrong with the Ribeye breakfast special and their French Toast and biscuit and gravy are excellent. Plus...Kim is the best

We really wanted to like this place. The decor was cute and kitschy and the staff was really nice. But the food was just mediocre. The corned beef hash was honestly the worst I've ever had. Both the text and flavor profile were just off-putting (we sent it back and they graciously took it off the bill). The hashbrowns were burnt on the outside and totally uncooked (warm, but pale and flavorless) inside. The pancakes were decent--huge but dense. Just not a great dining experience.
