I've been wanting to come to this spot for a long time. I finally had some time to make the 1 hour trip one way (yes one hour). These slices are well worth the trip and the price. I got the brown stew oxtail and the shrimp and lobster w/truffle. I know some of the pizza purists may say this might say the toppings are a lot, but stick with me - these are slices are every bit as good as a classic pizza.
I showed up to the storefront on a weekend afternoon 15 min after opening and there was already a line out the door. The staff were incredibly efficient and the line moved pretty fast. Because the oxtail was incredibly popular, there was a bit of a wait but that was to be expected.
This is a no frills storefront, but there is one big table for a larger group and a counter where 4-5 people are able to sit. I managed to get a spot and enjoyed both of my slices at the counter. Every single bite down to the crust was delicious. I'm not even sure delicious quite does the pizza justice. Absolutely worth the visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 3 mai 2024
Cute lil shop in Brooklyn! The staff were friendly and efficient, helpfully walking new customers through the offerings.
I decided on two slices: The oxtail sweet chili slice was FUEGO! Moist, nice crust, flavorful! Mmmm
The chicken one was okay but needed more sauce, a lil dry, but the flavors were good
And it's a Black owned biz!!! If you're in the area def stop by to support. Came out to like $27 for two slices and I was very satiatedHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 28 avr. 2024
I don't truly hold them in the same esteem as popular opinion but, I'll say oxtail slices are all fire af as a topping alone.
The rest are unique sure, but taste like old fishy seafood and I don't think it's where it should really be at, quality vs price wise. Place is cool as sh*t, options are dope, but I'm not feeling the execution.
Chopped cheese don't taste like a chopped cheese, none of the truffle slices taste very truffled, just like old shrimp and some of those even tasted like the skins were still on, and honestly, the jerk chicken slice was weak.
I did like the curried shrimp slice but that probably because the heat level covered hp imperfections.
The bottom dough and crust is undercooked, lame-duck, white and soft, not crispy at all and by the time you get to the crust itself it's just a heavy blob of heavy, gross, dry, doughy, awfulness.
The topping may not be typical but the pizza gives basic all day otherwise. I'd love if a good pizza place did some dope toppings like this and executed well; never seems to be the right collaboration between classically delicious and NWO creation.
I appreciate what they're doing and know my experience might not be the norm but I was excited af to grab $80 worth of slices... until I paid the $80 and it didn't hit the way I wanted.Helpful 6Thanks 1Love this 5Oh no 2 - 234630146224 mars 20241 check-in
Wow!! So glad we ordered from Cuts& Slices!!
I would have passed this place over and over.
My son I had been wanting to try their oxtail pizza.
We ordered 6 slices to go. These slices are a fully loaded meal. The weight on these are seriously heavy. You can see on the video, it absolutely large slice. Thank goodness the line was not out the door as it normally is.
We got our pie and split a pizza between us too.
I couldn't stop shaking my head of the rich flavor oxtail and how much of it was on the pizza. It completely covered the whole pizza.
It was outrageously delicious!!
Worth every single bite!!
Must must go!! Believe me you won't regret it!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 1313519 avr. 2024
This place offers the most unique pizza slices!! During my summer visit to NY, I stopped by the Brooklyn location and waited in line for about an hour+. Once in the store, we felt rushed, so my cousins and I ordered a little bit of everything. Though the food was very very good, the customer service could use some work!

What's pretty cool about my second visit to Cuts & Slices is that I came two months ago to the date. Had a chopped cheese & everything from the meat, cheese, and crust was phenomenal.
What stood out this time was the seasoning. I got the sweet chili oxtail & the fried salmon black truffle slices. The flavor punched in each bite, and once you couple that with perfect crust and pie dough? Not too crispy, not too soft. That's called delicacy.
Small but mighty shop that gets you in and out with hot slices in less than 15 minutes. Very nice team of people who get the job done efficiently and nicely. I'd advise you to peep the menu before you go so you don't get overwhelmed at order time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 57042902 févr. 2024
From the moment we stepped in, the staff was sowarm and welcoming. We came to Brooklyn just for cuts and slices and it was hands down the best pizza I've ever had. I tried the stewed oxtail and chopped cheese pizza and had to two more slices to take back before I even finished.
I love throwing on extra condiments on my pizzas but it has the perfect amount of spices and sauce that I didn't need all the extra stuff. The crust was soft and flakey, it resembled a breadstick. They have mikes hot honey provided and it went sooo well with the crust. Definitely a must try!!Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 1 janv. 2024
I had this spot bookmarked because of the Fung Bros' YouTube video, but it was very out of the way from Manhattan. When I found myself in the area, I knew I had to stop by.
These pizza toppings are crazy. Is this even pizza at this point? Don't expect to walk in to get your typical cheese or pepperoni and bacon chicken ranch. Expect to see some oxtails, salmon, and jerk chicken. When Caribbean cuisine meets pizza, it's an epic fusion.
Curry Oxtail ($12) - The oxtail is what they're known for and they had three different oxtail pizza pies to choose from. Opted for the curry and it lives up to the hype. Looking forward to trying the other oxtail toppings.
Garlic Parm Salmon ($10) - Great amount of salmon meat, although I have to admit it was on the dry side and it could use more of that garlic parm flavoring.
Jerk Chicken Black Truffle Alfredo ($12) - Great truffle flavoring, not too overpowering, and good tasting jerk chicken.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jasmine S.Missouri City, États-Unis3529714 mai 2024
This place is definitely worth the hype. It's a small place with few seating, a bathroom, and a little arcade system. It's a little on the pricier side, but it's worth it. This isn't any regular pizza. I tried a salmon pizza, u can't try that anywhere else. They also have oxtail pizza, Buffalo chicken, curry shrimp pizza and so so so much more. The staff is friendly and the food doesn't take too long to make. Who ever made the playlist did a great job. They play amapiano, oldies, r&b. I have to come back, no doubt about it.

Unique gourmet pizza experience. They are a pioneer restaurant for infusing Caribbean dishes as toppings with pizza.
-Sweet chili Oxtail pizza: tender pieces of oxtail topped with Sweet chili sauce which was well balanced
-Shrimp scampi pizza: seasoned well but the shrimp is over cooked
-Crust was a little dry and not much flavor, it would've been great if they brushed some garlic butter on it.
I would recommend coming here on in early portion of week before 3pm to beat the rush of customers. This is a viral pizza location.
I look forward to trying out the Queens location which recently opened.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0
