We live out of state and needed to order flowers for my grandmother who lives in Colorado Springs. Searched Yelp and found Dawn's Creations. Although it took a few calls to get someone other than the answering machine, once I got ahold of Dawn, she was very pleasant and helpful. Flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful. Dawn even sent a picture of the flowers before they were delivered, and her driver called in advance to verify the address. Great experience all around!

Ordered flowers for a friend in Colorado Springs, we live in San Diego. Our friend received the flowers on time and said they were beautiful! So thankful there are businesses that still have excellent service and products like Dawn's Creations. Thanks so much for making the beautiful bouquet and delivering it to our friend.

My mother-in-law, who lived in Colorado Springs, passed away. My husband and I live in California. I wanted to send flowers to the family but I wanted to use someone local to do the arrangement. I turned to Yelp to hopefully find someone. I am so glad I found Dawn's Creations.

I called on Friday and spoke to Dawn. I explained my price range and what arrangements I saw/liked on her website. Otherwise, I left it up to her. The remembrance was occurring over the weekend so I unfortunately couldn't provide Dawn with much notice (I didn't have much notice about the event either). Dawn was incredible! She helped me with a card, collected the delivery information and sent me a picture of the arrangement. She also followed up with me when she couldn't get a hold of people when she was trying to deliver the flowers. I really appreciate everything Dawn did, especially on short notice. Everyone loves the flowers.

Based on reviews, I called from out of town, needed an arrangement for my daughter whose dog died. Everything Dawn said and did was exceptional-- from suggesting a living plant vs flowers as they'd last longer and be a memory, to sending me a photo to approve the arrangement, to saying she would get them delivered same day if she had to do it herself, to NOT leaving them by door in 95 degree weather, to texting back and forth to arrange delivery, to removing the 'SAFE FOR PETS" tag on the orchid care tag. Dawn is talented for sure, add to it her kindness, sensitivity, and pride in her work-- you could not ask for more.

I should add I did see the arrangement days after it was delivered. It was stunning, more beautiful than it looked in her photo. Thank you Dawn!!

Gorgeous arrangment and outstanding customer service!

I called Dawn's with a true "flower emergency" today. I was late on my mother's birthday flowers.

Dawn was on her day off and going to schedule the delivery for Thursday but when she heard it was for my mother's birthday, she immediately said she would do it same day!

She made a beautiful arrangement and drove the hour round trip to personally drop them off to my mother. Needless to say, my mother was thrilled and I made it back into her good graces (barely).

Thank you Dawn for making my mom's day! I promise to order in advance next year.

Our experience with Dawn's Creations for our wedding flowers was amazing! Everything was beautiful and I have received so many compliments on my bouquet well after the wedding while looking through photos. Dawn did our centerpieces, my bouquet, flowers for our cake, and flowers for our family. Everything looked perfect! Also thoroughly enjoyed building my bouquet with Dawn's help. Highly recommend!

Dawn's can best be described as off the chart in service and product. I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, and it was nice to find a florist that still takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend and now I finally found my florist for Colorado Springs.

Dawn really made my dream bouquet come to life. We did everything over the phone and she listened to exactly what I wanted. It was so beautiful I couldn't have asked for a more perfect flower arrangement for my wedding day.

Dawn is such an amazing person and business owner. We have just started our process with her for wedding bouquets and couldn't be happier. She knows her business and is helpful answering every question. We are so excited to make our bouquets with her in May! Very reasonably priced and worth every bit.

If I could give Dawn a ten I would. Ordered flowers from SD and they brought tears to the recipients eyes. She said she had never received anything so spectacular. It was a Christmas arrangement as she has been ill. There had been 6 inches of snow and Dawn still delivered them on a Saturday! I wish the florists in my state were as fabulous. Best experience ever!! To call a local Colorado Springs florist from SD for Colorado local delivery and have it go off without a hitch is amazing. She even sent me the picture of the arrangement and called the person to make sure she was home for delivery. 10 plus!
