Love the shoes here. Good selection. But the manager Kimberly is horrible nasty How do I know the rules. You have to bring up the box the shoes are in when the clearance price is on the shoe not the box. Desiree my cashier was extremely nice. I spend a lot of money here. And to tell customers they're not nice etc. I will only shop at the Pasadena one

I was debating whether or not to put this review, but this is my 2nd encounter with this awful manager and I cannot believe she still has a job there. Kimberly was incredibly rude when I was simply asking questions about coupons I had on my email. She was even rude to her own employees and you can see in their faces they are so over her. I ask a simple question and she made me feel I should know as if I work there. Such a rude person how is she a manager there!!

I have been here a couple times an never had a negative experience...the people here are always helpful and always happy to greet you when there near the entrance...this store is spacious and has lots of selections on your favorite brands...pro tip if you have the DSW app and it's cheaper online through DSW.com they will price match the cheaper cost in store... I also had a coupon on the app so I got 25 % off on my entire purchase which was surprisingly nice too and unexpected. I would definitely recommend this store/location and thank you for making my visit a pleasant shopping experience...I will be back! ;)

Great location! I find that if I wait and pay attention to the coupons and deals I come out with some really affordable items. I usually order online and I pick up at the store or utilize the curbside service. Associates are very friendly, patient, and professional. I definitely recommend becoming a member to earn points. This membership is absolutely worth it and not a waste like many others. This store is clean and organized. It's located by many other shops including restaurants and Target. Parking can be a little much during busy hours.
Tip** Double check your online order when picking up from store!!!! I have received the wrong shoes once.

Came and got a bike Fanny pack. Great price and great service. Even cheaper than amazon because I used a coupon. It was priced at $25. But I got it for $15 or so. Great selection of shoes and the place is very clean. Professional staff here. Very welcoming. I'll be back for sure. Keep up the good work.

I went to DSW to find shoes for my sister wedding that is in 20 days. I DREAD shoe shopping because I am a wide foot. BUT Kimberlee is AMAZING! She helped me from when I got in there all the way through me leaving having ordered the pair I needed. She was so helpful and listened to what I was asking for a brought 3 different pair for me to try on. I appreciate your help!

I can't recall the first time I bought shoes, but on my last visit I saved quite a bit on a pair of Nike running shoes from one of their mailing coupons. Customer service at checkout line was fast and courteous.

Half-priced designer and name brand shoes with mailing coupons, definitely a shoe shoppers' heaven at DSW. Without a doubt, I'll be back whenever I need a new pair of shoes for any occasion!
