First time visit. Needed the sole glued back on to a work boot for my son. He'd paid $150 on Amazon for a pair of Keen work boots so wanted to get as much life out of them as possible.
Faruk gave excellent advice and a truly decent price.
He called when the boot was ready and it was a few days early.
My son wears that pair 4 days a week and they're still going strong.
Most amazing? Faruk made sure to let me know his work was guaranteed.
Will definitely be bringing all leather repair, cleaning, etc. here in the future.

I highly recommend Enchanted Shoe Repair!!! I took in a pair of boots that needed a lot of work. When I picked them up they looked brand new again!!!! I'm so happy and impressed! I'll definitely take other pairs of shoes/boots in for repairs in the future!

I'm guessing if you have a straight-up shoe repair job for them they are great. I didn't. I made a special trip here on my lunch hour to inquire about a purse strap repair and was given very little help by a vague young guy.

Love this place and have used them for years. Most recently, they re-soled my favorite pair of boots--an obscure Australian brand where the sole is complex and theoretically hard to replace. But Farrukh and crew found a way to sand down the old sole, glue on a new Vibram sole, and make it look so good that you can barely tell. I live clear across town and drive to this place because they always do great work at a fair price.

I'm a horseback rider, and these guys have replaced 2 sets of zippers in my tall riding boots, stretched the length and width of my favorite riding boots when my feet grew after pregnancy ($12 to stretch the length and width, what a bargain!). They even sewed on a new set of billets for my dressage saddle. They also do luggage repairs and cut keys. I have visited two other cobblers in town to get price quotes on various repairs, and I always end up back at Enchanted Shoe Repair because the service and prices are awesome.

Brought my shoes in for simple polishing and the completely destroyed my Cole Haan dress shoes. These were shoes that were hardly worn and would have lasted a lifetime. I'm so hurt and disappointed. Mostly upset by the poor customer service. The owner had the nerve to get upset and have an attitude with me for being upset that my shoes were ruined.

This place is a treasure. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. I had some repair work done here and they did a fantastic job. The turnaround time was less than a week. Price was very reasonable. I really enjoyed the entire experience of dealing with this business. They are very knowledgeable. I will take all of my cobbler business here in the future.

Let me start with saying my girlfriend recommended this store,and I really wanted to like them. That said, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a store, and I don't say that lightly.
When I dropped off my two pairs of dress shoes for new soles, I was left standing at the counter for about 10 minutes while those in the back kept looking at me. Eventually one came out and explained that they thought someone else was taking care of me. Disorganization of the entire store was apparent - bags of shoes all over, no method of knowing who's are where.
I dropped them off on 11/9, and he told me two weeks. After 4 weeks, I call the store, leave a message, and get no response. I call the store again another day, no answer, leave another message - no response.
I go into the store on Saturday, They spent 10 minutes looking all over the store for the guy's shoes in front of me. The other customer eventually goes to the back himself to find his shoes. He finds them still being worked on after the promised date. He also called the store for status, left a message - no response.
Now it's my turn. I give the gentleman at the register my slip. He spends about 5 minutes (i was lucky!) looking around and finds my shoes hanging right underneath the front counter. "What's the problem?", you ask. They hand't been touched in the entire month they were been there.
At this point, I just ask for my $125 back. The guy manning the front - genuinely nice and trying to help, but didn't have a clue - calls the owner to figure out how to process a refund. 3 people standing behind me at this point.
The owner asks to speak to me, so the guy hands me the phone, his hands shaking (I felt bad for him), and the owner tries to convince me through the phone "Give me two more days!" I''ll have it done in 2 days!" Of course, when I brought them in, the guy explained it would take 2 weeks, because he need to order the soles (which they hadn't done). Eventually got my refund, which is the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one.

Very happy with their service. Guy was on his way to lunch when I pulled up, and he reopened the shop for me even though he was hungry. I dropped off three pair of shoes that needed to be sewn and polished.
A week later, I picked them up and was pleased with the results. I'll be bringing in my winter shoes and boots as well.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
