49454622162 sept. 2024I was traveling and needed to print out wedding seating chart. I was running out of time and called this location to see I can stop by with a USB to print on the self-serve machines. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Because I'm visiting, I don't have all the tools with me (ruler, cutter, etc.). I was able to borrow these items from them and returned them afterward. I was able to print and cut in one visit. I also purchased a thicker cardstock for printing too. I highly recommend calling if you're unsure about services and products they offer.

The manager is also almost always present at the front desk to help. I always go there for my shipping needs. The quick scanner makes my prepaid shipping drop off take less than 60 seconds, with a computer generated receipt.

Mike B.Richmond, États-Unis3820520 févr. 2024No issues until now. Not sure why FedEx would not allow a battery to be mailed out but would be fine if the battery was attached to a device when sending. So long as the item is packed properly, there should be no issue.

My husband and I are regular customers and he came in today at 1pm and two employees and two customers were inside the store. He was carrying some heavy boxes and the employee shut the door in his face during posted business hours and said "we didn't get lunch yesterday so we are closing the store from 1-2pm today"
They even kicked out one of the customers that was inside the store already! One of the customers cursed at the guy who kicked him out - so My husband didn't have to. Ugh so frustrating- we literally bring you business DAILY and this is how you treat him? You didn't even ask him to drop off without a receipt as that's what we always do! Shame on your employees FedEx- the purple promise was NOT delivered here! It's too bad there isn't any common sense in the people they hire - one of you can take a lunch while the other one handles the counter- it's not rocket science!

The white manager threatened to call the cops on a black woman with a tiny baby. The poor woman was upset because the store was open only to people 60 yrs and older. Have some compassion for a new mom trying to run errands with a tiny baby! Make some exceptions for heaven's sake!!! They weren't even busy!!! They could have helped this poor woman.

The Asian looking associate is not well trained and of course being a Saturday they are not staffed well.

S B.Pinole, États-Unis147315482 févr. 2023Had a big package to send out. They let me use a cart, got it in and got it put in the system quickly (I already had the label) and I was out in less than 5 minutes which is how it should be.
They have a self serve thing but for some reason this one doesn't have the hand held scanner which other Fed Exes have, I'm not sure why. But I like the fact I was in and out quickly. I'm sure I'll have other stuff in the future, let's see if it's like that all the time.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
