When calling to inquire about watch battery replacement I was told by a very rude woman over the phone to call back on the two days those people where there.

When wanting to shop for that special item for my wife I know I will get excellent customer service from Mazi and the associates at store #459, whether it's for a ring for an engagement promise ring Christmas birthday Fred Meyer Jewelers has covered but store # 459 and especially Mazi they'll offer the customer service that you hope to find I go out of the way personally to get the excellent customer service definitely recommend store #459 in Renton Washington ask for Mazi, when wanting a white gold or Rosegold piece of jewelry like a butterfly or a dragonfly they're not gonna show you a yellow gold accented butterfly at store #459, if I could I'd write him a 10

I will never buy from here again. I purchased a necklace and a piece had broken off (I paid for the warranty so I brought it in for repair). Sonjia "helped" me - she didn't explain what we were doing weather it was going to be repaired/or replaced just turned her back and started typing. I was told 2 weeks and I left. Almost 3 weeks later I haven't heard anything so I called. Sonjia answered - rude on the phone as well - go figure. I went to pick up and she was the only person available to help me. I gave her my receipt and asked her why I was never contacted - she said they never call their customers to let them know when jewelry is ready. She told me they typically only take two days, I told her when I dropped it off she told me two weeks. She told me she would never say that and that she wasn't going to "argue" with me. ALL 3 occasions she was nothing but rude/ disrespectful/ and had the worst attitude. Absolutely shocked that she works in customer service with such a poor attitude.
