Giant Eagle

Worst company to work for, at least this location is the worst! Upper management have absolutely no clue what they are doing. You pay union dues and the union does nothing to protect the employees.

We have been using the curbside pickup since March 2020. It works very for us, save tons of time and money too !
Pop into the store every now and again if we forget something, usually in and out quickly

I've lived in the area for 16 years and just love this Giant Eagle. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They have everything I need.

I love the bakery. The cakes I have ordered have been decorated beautifully. The chocolate chip large cookies are one of our favorites.

Continued failures by the worst pharmaceutical staff and and overall management I have ever seen has me taking my prescription service elsewhere and quite frankly had me questioning why anyone member of the management at this particular branch has a job. Get it together Giant corporate management do your job and clean house since they obviously can't do there's. I could have died because of their mistakes in the past and this latest fiasco is quite enough of amateur hour for me!!!

I prefer this Giant Eagle (GE) to the others in the area. I feel that it's not as crazy crowded or overwhelming as the Oxford Drive GE. Granted, Oxford has the Market District one so they offer many more items, but for your standard trip to the grocery this GE in Donaldson's Crossroads serves me just fine.

I also feel like this GE is a step up from the South Park GE that's next to the Walmart. It's like Market District and the South Park GE had a baby and out game the GE in Donaldson's Crossroads.

In general, I'm not a big fan of grocery shopping - it's like death and taxes, you can't avoid it so might as well figure out a way to deal with it.

Nice selection of products but overpriced. Some pricing is just plain gouging their customers. Giant Eagle has successfully kept others out of this area somehow to date, however, thankfully I hear Aldi is moving in to the area. The sooner the better!
