House of Nails

Initially happy with my gel nails. But then my nail chipped two days after getting them done. You can see the color started to come off as well. Not sure if its because they file the nail too much or if the color is just cheap :/.

$75 for a pedi and short full set + gel

The sign I read: $30 for full set.
$25-30 for a basic pedicure.
I'm guessing it's $15 extra for gel?

Pedicure:
Did not use cuticle oil on my cuticles. Just started cutting and scraping with water. Half scrubbed one foot and then scrubbed only a little on the other. I did not get a little foot massage... they put cuticle oil on my shins and rubbed them .... where was the lotion? Where was the massage? I highkey don't mind paying this price for these services but give me what I'm paying for ATLEAST.

Short full set + gel:
Damn.. I feel bad that it came out the way it did because they really took their time trying to shape it. But the sides are not nice (view photos)... the acrylic is stuck to my skin... I don't like going home fixing my nails... not for $75... no cuticle oil on my dry cuticles.

This visit made me sad. This spot was convenient... no one was waiting when I got there. I rather wait an hour at my original spot in Lincoln heights and get a real pedicure and full set.

I rarely leave reviews like this but I feel absolutely ripped off. I got a mani/pedi and was charged $91. The price is listed as $50 for the combo but nowhere is it mentioned that's it's an additional $41 for callous removal. She accidentally cut a cuticle too deep and it bled but I didn't say anything or make an issue. I still tipped $15 regardless but will never go back.

I don't know where to start. When i first walked in and askes if they take walk in they said yes 5 min. After standing for 30 minutes i ask again and someone approaches me she starts my pedicure half hour later i ask again i was really here for my hands anyone ? And anyway long story after all that wait you shouldd see my manicure bumps under my nail polis. Waste of time waste of money.

I got Gel X done by Hong. She is very sweet and did an excellent job. It's a bit pricey though.

Been coming to this Salon for years! Best mani/pedi.
They take their time, they listen to exactly what you want and are fast and great at what they do! Hong is my go to nail esthetician! I also love how clean the place is and how they have so many color options! Don't think about it, just come and try it out for yourself!! I definitely recommend!!!

0 star! All chairs, old, torn, and duty. The pedicure I got was unfortunately a waste of money and time. Sloppy work! See for yourself. The nail technician was careless and rushed through it. I did not get her name but she looks like she got a bbl done. NEVER AGAIN!

Cero star! Stay away from this business .The service is horrible and very expensive for what they do, they don't disinfect their stuff, they treat new customers badly and they don't have a variety of colors. My mom went last week and got an infection on her finger. Due to lack of time I couldn't go to claim but what I am sure of is that I will never take my mom there.

Hong is the best nail tech. I've been going to her for 9 years. Her work is very clean and beautiful
