Javaroma is very well located downtown. Coffee and drinks are always good and I love their blueberry oatmeal muffin.
I love that I can bring my own mug that they charge the price for a small drink rather than the regular price!!
They have great meals too including breakfast :)

Regular coffee is okay. Similar price and taste to Starbucks.

I'd stay away from the other drinks though. For example the cappuccino was not good at all

Pretty big space with lots of seating area.

Serving coffee, tea, bagels & basic sandwiches. Convenient location through security but quality is lacking. When you order a toasted bagel with cream cheese, the bagel isn't really toasted, just heated up. The thing that really bugs me though is they give you a flimsy little plastic knife & packet of cream cheese to put it on yourself. I'd much prefer them finishing preparing the bagel so I don't have to balance it on my knees and mess around with the stupid little knife & packet.

I love the lattes, but service was slow, couldn't really understand what the barista was saying? Lol other then that, Great coffee, amazing blueberry oatmeal muffins! Very spacious, lovely location in downtown YK. If you like looking at people walking by..... haha I do recommend this place for a quick stop and go, or chit chat with some buddies!

Apart from it being quite expensive and the service being slow it's a great place to hang out with friends and/or work colleagues. It's biggest perk is free wireless internet which is particularly convenient for visitors and locals alike. Apart from drinks, it also offers quite a few food choices which are quite good such as sandwiches, wraps, and deserts.

Overpriced cold sandwiches, not worth 10$ for sure. Soups from cans and other tasteless snacks. This place is just a rip-off.

From sandwiches to fresh pastures and of course the coffee! Everything is always great and the service is always friendly! I have not had one bad customer service experience here they are always welcoming! The chai tea lattes are amazing and the bagels are massive and fresh and in my opinion the best in the city! Keep up the great work guys!

Great place to sit and drink coffee while working on the computer. Also a wonderful spot to meet with friends. Free wifi too!

Overall, the food is good, and the new interior design of the place is amazing; but the service is slow. Like Viola said in a separate review, the customer service is not boast-worthy, but not rude either.

I am from Vancouver so my initial reaction is "gosh, how long does it take to get a bagel around here!? 15 minutes!"- not exaggerating because I timed it- and I was not impressed. It was not just that instance too.

For slightly over-priced food, the service is slow. Example pricing: $5 for a pie, approx. $3-4 for a bagel with cream cheese, and $14 for a filling lunch. plus you need to pay extra for whipped cream on a mocha even! What's a mocha without the whipped cream ;)

I like their paninis, cinnamon bun w/ icing, and their lunch specials (most of the time.) I have yet to try their drinks, but I have tried the mocha & hot chocolate. When it comes to the hot chocolate, it seems like I'm drinking evaporated milk with a tinge of cocoa flavor

Their interior transformation is wonderful, so good job on that aspect. Every visit is different: at times it's lively and other times it's calm and relaxing.

Brewed coffee is great. Cappuccino not so much.

Great space, nice people. Good service.

It really needs a loyalty card. Perhaps free after 10 cups?

Habitual coffee drinkers need a little reward, otherwise they might go elsewhere.

Need to build loyalty before Starbucks opens around the corner.
