You may pay for your additional guests in advance (fee applies) and you would then let you guests know the check in information on your receipt so they can access the pre-paid admission upon their entry. We hope you have a great visit!

I love to have My Son's birthday parties. Here is very convenient they're very nice and they're very hearted. I suggest any of everybody to go there.

For all the reviews bashing on the staff and saying there wasn't enough food, it's YOUR fault for the bad experience. Y'all really are bashing the staff when there was only one person serving all the rooms when y'all couldn't stay home and instead wanted to overstuff your faces. Do y'all not have anything else better to do, expecting Disneyland service? I would like to shout out the supervisors (?) Evelyn and Jeremy. The machines went out and we came to her despite her aiding multiple guests. She not only handled our concerns well, but serves as a model employee for the company. She was balancing the buffet, parties, and customer complaints all professionally and courteously. Her kindness made up for the overcrowded building. Jeremy was continuously helping guests in the arcade with the games and was even helping run the rides when lines started to form. We will be coming back on a less busy day and hopefully thank them both for their professionalism and courtesy. MANAGEMENT IF YOURE READING THIS, RECOGNIZE AND GIVE THEM A RAISE!

The only reason this company is getting any stars is Leandra the manager . She was so sweet and kind . Working vigorously to make sure every customer was happy . Unfortunately being understaffed , having incompetent staff that's rude or misinformed or mechanical issues such as no CO-2 for any of the drink machines . Making water the only drink available for hours . Makes It's hard for even the most veteran of managers to solely run a whole place . We had a horrible experience last year at their Carson location . That was never really resolved or honestly even taken seriously by the company. Since we've been coming to John's for years we decided to make the drive and come back to this location . Unfortunately I've come to the realization it's not an individual location . It's the corporation that has dramatically gone down hill in the last year at least . We still have credits on our play cards because we had to leave with nothing to really drink since my children said the water was weird tasting .

Wish I could give this company negative stars!!Per my contract I was to be let into my daughter's party rooms at least 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time so that I could decorate and setup.
I arrived 15-20 minutes early as requested by the company to pay my balance. Our rooms weren't ready at the agreed upon time for me to setup. All of our guests arrived and we were all standing around waiting to find out why the rooms weren't ready and when we would be allowed in.
Party start time was 12PM. Our rooms weren't available for us until 12:25. The room was to be
setup with a glow party, two pizzas, 3 pitchers of drinks, cups, plates, and utensils. NONE of this was done. The party hosts were supposed to organize games and make balloon animals for the kids and instead they were like zombies. We did not recieve this service at all! We were supposed th have access to a TV|DVD Player to play a movie or music of our own, but according to the employees, the speakers for music and TV in our rooms exclusively were broken. I upgraded to a glow party for an extra fee and we were not given any of the party favors, balloons etc.. that were promised. I feel like I was robbed! My goodness! What great customer service and a very clean environment. I went on a Friday during lunch with my husband, three year old and 18 month old and it was very AFFORDABLE (in this economy compared to their competitors) and they had a BLAST! The whole staff was attentive whenever we needed something . The food is also very tasty! They were also very kind enough to notify me when a specific pizza I asked for was ready to eat from the buffet. I really appreciated everything and look forward to bringing my family back this summer!

We went to Johns pizza the past Saturday and our daughter loved the event. Staff was friendly and courteous, dorrel was great and checked in on us a few times, Mike was very good at enduring our hostess was taking care of our needs. Food was good as well, no issues, everyone did their part. thank you johns for making our day great.

Worst experience ever. Easter Sunday with the family and staff /manager knowing they were going to run out of food and plates kept letting people pay and enter.
