I definitely recommend this place if you want to be taken care of!!! The owner is a great boss !! I've been coming here for 6 years and never had a bad experience!! I also bring new people to this location because I feel like she deserves the loyalty.(The Boss woman Lina) is a good woman and she takes care of her people and her family from what I have observed. I really don't like to leave bad reviews but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've had 2 real bad experiences here. First, it was during covid, and I was getting a mani + pedi at the same time. When the woman finished my pedicure, they told me she will be taking over and finishing my manicure as well. She finished my pedicure and was cleaning the tub. After she finished cleaning the tub, she put lotion directly into her dirty and WET gloves and immediately started to massage the lotion into my arms. She didn't even change her gloves!!

Despite my previous experience, I decided to come back here for a soak off. I had called ahead to see if they do soak offs and they said yes. I had a gel-x set on which is very easy to remove. Although I had told the lady I was very sensitive, she was extremely rough and drilled my entire set off until my natural nails were RAW. I told her to be gentle with the drill, but she was moving so fast she drilled under my nails at least 5 times and even cut me. I had decals placed under my gel-x nails and she was drilling all the way down to my real nails to remove them. Not a single drop of acetone was used to remove my nails even though I specifically called for a soak off. Nail salons will either soak it off or try to pry your nails off with another fake nail, but this lady drilled all the way down til you saw blood streaks in my nails. At the end, I felt bad complaining about how much pain I was in and I was still forced to pay. I would not recommend anyone coming here. For over 1 week, I couldn't even wash my hair or do daily activities because of how sensitive my nails were. I naturally have strong nails so this is extremely alarming.

My sister in law suggested this place awhile back. I haven't came back mostly because they're busy! I went on a random week day and I called ahead this time. And just my luck it wasn't too busy!

I got a basic pedicure, which was $40. I think the range went up $10 increments. I wasn't looking for anything out of the ordinary. Let me tell you the magic my nail tech did, she got the dogs barking to looking absolutely summer ready (and I know it's fall). No free feet pics here!!! Trust me they were so good.

Overall my experience was nice. The service was great, especially after a relaxing day/ week. The place was so clean. Not sure if you all are on nail tiktok, but they did not take out my side of the nail (I think the ingrown??) which sometimes is a hit or miss. I appreciate my girl recognizing her talents and cleaning up as much as I can. She also shaped them in cute squares, which I don't usually think of for my toes.

I also got regular polish, for those that might want shellac, it may cost more. Nothing out of the ordinary, but a pleasant experience, I will definitely come back.

This is one of the few places where I can go without an appointment and technician request and all them do an amazing job consistently. Lots of people working so it's very rare when they leave you sitting there for a long time.

I booked two nail appointments for full sets I would like to think the shape is good but I feel that he didn't add enough acrylic and the designing asked for I didn't think was to hard style and it was 125 + tip and I would be ok with shelling out that much if I thought the work was up to that price the black is to light and the lines are not dark enough or even in consistency

Horrible job done!! I used to always come here before, when a couple of young man's used to work here but now I don't recommend you coming to this place, they we're doing everything in a hurry, and cut me a little but when I saw that some of my nails were cricket I ask the manager to do them again and she supposedly did but they came out even more cricket then before, I started to complain and she started speaking in her language but then she said it was my fault and couldn't fix them?? So disappointed this is what I asked for and what I got.

Do NOT come here! They have horrible service. I came in at 7pm (they close at 7:30) for 1 nail repair less than a week after getting a full set that cost $100. I walked in without complaining or requesting a discount for the bad job. I simply needed the 1 finger to be repaired & color change. Mind you I already took the gel polish off before coming in so the work would have taken 10min to accomplish. I explained that I was not able to come back the following day because I have work, but still refused. Go to Sola Nails they're 10min away and much more professional. I only came back because I was desperate. You don't deserve this 1 star but I can't post without it.

This is the last time I'll be coming to this nail shop the only person worthwhile seeing here is probably Danny and maybe Ivy I have seen a few nail techs and it's hit and miss .

The last couple times I've had nails that are less than mediocre. lumpy polish that is not on all of the nail rough edges and fast sanding like I said the nails are lumpy when you ask to have them send it a little more or some of the rough edges taken off you can tell that it's a pain for them and Eye rolling! I just ended up paying $75 + tip for nails that are not good. I didn't realize How bad they were until I got out into the light outside. quality has gone down and the prices have gone up for $75 I expect a nice shape smooth nails and polish on all of the nail. I contemplated going back but after being there for an hour and a half I'm done and I don't feel comfortable asking to fix them. If you're going there for a pedicure your best bet is to see Janet she's wonderful.

Ever since Danny left it has not been the same. Planning to just get a regular color change. At 4:00 pm. They closed early for no reason. And refused to give me service. Saying they don't have enough workers. Prices went up and customer service is getting worse! How tf do you close in the middle of the day on Halloween night? High would not recommend.

This salon was great! My pedicure service was top notch but I wish I could say the same thing for my manicure (they forgot to buff it). Hoping they are not splitting the tip in half and instead...all go to the lady who done my pedicure.
