Kaufleuten is one pf the big clubs in zurich -and is super central.

It really offers a varaity of events and parties!

I went to the salsa nights on sundays and these are great, cause entrance costs only 10 chf and the people really want to dance salsa.

Also the showcases are awesome ! For these uou have to lucky and win a ticket, but it is often that you get one. I went to sean pauls showcase that was super great!

The only thing i dont like so much, that some parties cost more like 20 chf and also the drink are expensive, bit in the end the same as in other clubs!

Ich beziehe ich auf die After-Party von J Balvin, 30.04.2024. Ich war seit Jahren nicht mehr im Kaufleuten. Einige Minuten nachdem der Künster auf der Bühne zu einem Überraschungsbesuch ankam. Gab es bei der Security einen Schichtwechsel. Wir waren vorne nähe der Bühne. Wir sind im Video vom Instagramm Post vom Kaufleuten sogar klar sichtbar. Nichts ahnend wurde die Masse unruhig, diese Gelegenheit wurde von einem Gast ausgenützt, um umverschämt zu einer Dame aus meinem Umfeld zu werden. Als ich es sah und ohne Agression beide Parteien ruhig trennen/schlichten wollte, und somit die Aufgabe der Securty erledigen musste, flog ich hochkantig sehr unfreundlich mit einem "X" raus. Obwohl ich guter Laune nur feiern wollte. Der Einsatzleiter hat diese Situation nicht gesehen/erkannt oder abgeklärt und sehr unfreundlich seine Arbeit gemacht. Die Agressorin durfte weiterhin am Anlass bleiben. Ich verstand die Welt nicht mehr. Welches Signal wurde hier zwischen den Zeilen an mich gesendet? Wenn du jemanden in Not helfen willst, lass es sein? Ich habe für mich die Lehren gezogen und werde diesen Club bei dieser Qualität der Sicherheit zukünftig wieder meiden. Gerne schliesse ich mit etwas positivem ab, das Barpersonal war sehr freundlich und bemüht die Kunden rasch zu bedienen.

Kaufleuten was my first stop when visiting Zürich. The Australian DJ Duo, Nervo, was throwing a massive party at this club and thought I shouldn't miss out! The club was only a 20 minute walk from my hotel in Central Zürich. There were VIP Tickets and General Admission Tickets available when I arrived to the venue. I purchased General Admission to begin but once I entered and saw the Drink Prices ($25-Vodka, $15- Redbull, $20- Beer), I decided to get a VIP Wristband and buy table service. The Bottles started around $300 but definitely worth it when you are staying in a European club for over 6 hours. After a few hours at the table, I found my way to the front of the show and Olivia started pouring JÄGER shots to all people in the front row. LIV recognized me from multiple shows in Miami, New York, and Chicago and pulled me on stage with her and Miriam! Such a memorable experience.
The club out ranks our clubs in Las Vegas and Scottsdale due to the size and multiple rooms. If you see a headliner at this venue, put on your dancing shoes and see what it's about!

Kaufleuten is divided into 4 sections: club, Festsaal, Hof, restaurant. I've never visited the restaurant, but the other 3 are great!

The club is your standard nightclub, great for dancing and strutting your stuff on stage. I've met some friendly people there and also a weirdo once who pretended to nibble my arm. :P

The Festsaal is a banquet hall that's also good for partying/dancing. I once met a generous guy who was there alone and decided to treat a whole bunch of strangers to a bottle of champagne. :)

The Hof is a bar/lounge that's divided into tables at the entrance, lounge seating after you walk down some stairs, and a raised bar area. Cool decor with blown-up photos of books on the walls and a giant fish tank in the middle. There used to be an old gas pump outside, which was totally wacky but still kind of cool. It's gone now and replaced with disco balls on the ceiling.

Last night my company rented out the Hof for a private event, and it was pretty cool to have the place to ourselves. Delicious drinks and awesome finger food and very friendly staff. The only negative thing was that it was really loud with the music playing and everyone chatting, so I kind of had a strained throat after going home. Everything's fine today though. Alles in Ordnung!

Tiny menu if you are a party of less than 4 people. Spotty service with at times very long waits. Once the food gets there it is anything but exciting. High noise levels also distract from the experience.
All in all... Big disappointment, bigger decline vs. A few years ago.

Kaufleuten is a really nice club, restaurant and bar. you can eat outside and inside. the club is high and has a cool atmosphere. check it out.

The restaurant is a bit overrated. While some of the food can be nice, the quality is not consistent. The ambiance is nice, but don't go there to talk or discuss something with your friends. It is likely noisy and there is the risk of having people close by. In summer, the places outside are great, but try to get a place with some shade.

Service in the bar is really horrible. 4 persons behind the tray but it's taking ages to get a drink because 2 of them are not doin anything but trying to act cool. And then I get my drink and my beer give her a 50.- bill and I get back 2.-. So I say that's a bit expensive, don't you think That's the prices here 48 bucks for a beer and a drink? You gave me 20 No i gave you 50 and because i had to wait so long i know that the silver stripe on the bill was comming off, so go back and check the top notes and you'll see she goes, checks and comes back with 30 saying I still don't belive you.. I was angry for hours
