KFC

Gave me extra chicken at a cheap price because it was getting ready to close. I know why it was so cheap. Dry and burnt to a crisp. Extra star for making it cheap

Kfc on Lafayette. Total incompetent place. I order a 8 piece meal family deal. 8 chicken bucket, mashed potatoes/gravy, coleslaw, biscuits. I ordered 5 piece nuggets, and extra gravy from the app. I go to pay for it and it said seasoned fries instead of mash potatoes. I go back into app and edit it. Make sure it's correct. Pay for it and go to item details and it's got fries again no mashed potatoes. I call speak with manager to correct it. She says she has nothing to do with app or canceling and can't take orders over the phone. She still says I need to call 800 number. Which I have been sitting on hold for 30 min. I contacted Doordash and told them not to deliver because I'm canceling. Store could not correct my order, cancel or refund. B.s. will not order from kfc again. Still sitting on hold 45 min.

I'll start with the good thing. The chicken was hot and fresh.
Now the unacceptable: no handicapped spot, slick floor that my 90 year old mother in law almost fell, asked for sauce and non was provided, no tap water and no medium cups, we had to purchase bottled water for an extra $2 each X3. Dirty dining room. They removed the buffet dining, Staff was less than pleasant. Do not recommend this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Last 2 times we've been there they've screwed up our order. Get home without our sides, wrong sauce on tenders - order Georgia honey mustard and get Nashville hot that are so hot you can't eat them. Never again will I eat there if they continue to have incompetent people working there.

The food at KFC is very good but dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen, I see green mold on the bathrooms walls and which I don't wanna even wanna use the bathroom in that condition and which the employees are very rude to my family like how are you going to be rude to your own customer who is paying to eat, like the owner seems to not care for his restaurant and which I think they should close it down, I understand that they're going to lose money if they don't improve the business situation.

Pretty clean, food is fresh (for a buffet), and friendly staff. All for $8.99 including soft drink.

I have to say this is the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. The dirt and dust on the runners of the chairs and on the bases of the booths was disgusting.

The entry glass doors looked as if they had been wiped with a grease rag from the kitchen - all smeared!

And if the above isn't enough to keep you away the air conditioning vents above us were dripping water on our shoulders.

You can always tell a restaurant where the owner is sucking the money out and could care less about the day to day operation. This is obviously one of those places.

BEWARE!

My first visit is my last visit. Went there for the buffet and stood at the register with my wife for over seven minutes waiting for anybody to take our order. Another couple walk in and immediately an employee takes their order while my wife and I were still waiting for service at the register. Never again!

We visited tonight and were very disappointed. We had the buffet. ..sort of. The salad dressing had a skin on it. The lettuce was scary. I actually watched the manager pour water on the pan of dressing to make it moist....it was gross! The whole store was dirty. We were shocked since we have eaten there before and it was good. Needless to say, we took pics and will be passing them on to the health department.
