Kids Empire

We had my daughter's bday party here and it was awesome! We did scope the place out before booking and my daughter loved it. Sabrina was very sweet and answered all my questions (even when I forgot). I didn't receive the email confirmation (I missed a letter on my email address) and she was very gracious to print it out for me. 
On the day of the party, we had Julio as our party host and he was on top of it! We had a large party (about 55) and always checked with me and my husband during our timeframe. We brought mini sandwiches which they left in their fridge along with cake and cupcakes. He always followee up with me and my husband and asked if there's anything else he can do. He was the BEST!!  Overall, my daughter and friends had the best time. 

TIPs: 
*Arrive 30-45 mins early from your assigned time. There's parking, unloading, paper work to complete, food to bring and store. Because it was a weekend, it can get congested in the front lobby. 
*Ensure your guests fill out the waiver PRIOR to the party of anytime you go. It is a time saver! 
*We booked on a Sunday afternoon. It was still busy but very manageable. 
*As far as other reviews, the place did not smell or felt gross. It CAN get crowded in the front since people are going in and out, but if you fill out the waiver beforehand and have socks on, you're in!

NASTY CONDITIONS don't bother go somewhere else
I lasted 2 minutes inside saw this, took pictures and asked for my money back, of course no refunds

came with our family. One wouldn't know this is a family destination. The staff were extremely non accommodating to the small children.
Very unprofessional and rude.

We've been to a few kids empire locations and other kids jungle gyms and this was the worst experience.

Steer Clear of this place. The place smells as soon as you walk in. At first you cant really identify the smell not until you get closer to the play area. it reeks of urine. as soon as we crossed the threshold the smell hit us like a ton of bricks . we immediately went back out and I told the cashier it smells really bad. she apologized and said " I know I'm so sorry she followed it by I can't give you a refund email customer service. I said I'll do that it's not her fault she can't refund and that's this places policy. I emailed customer service as we were in there for maybe 5 mins max and didn't even make it to the play area. they turned around and gave me a voucher to come back ‍ makeup for the cash they refused to refund me. it was at that moment I kissed my cash goodbye. if that's the solution I'm clearly dealing with people who couldn't care
less. I'm taking this as a loss but also a lesson learned. If ever I have doubts follow my nose.

The girl at the front is terrible she needs to be out of the public please put her in the back. She was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I will not be returning because of her negative energy.... I absolutely dread going to places where people work customer service and don't smile.... this is a kids place why must you be so negative.

I was looking for different activities for my son and found this place.
Many playrooms are booked for private party during the weekend, so it was difficult to find a playroom in the weekend. Kids Empire is very big so that they can hold private party while others can still go in. (Maybe those who have private party might not like this though) We had to pay for some 'credit' to play some of toys like electric car, or claw crane game, and so on. My son liked driving a car, and the big slide. It was fun, but it was quite crowded. Well, being crowded is not a bad thing though. I will visit next time, but maybe not too frequently.

My kids love this place so much things to do for the kids. Highly recommend going here for your child to have a great time. Parents are allowed to go in the area with the children and have fun themselves.

With inflation, prices being so high nowadays I decided bringing both my 10-year-olds to play would be great. Both had clear iced water cups with lids, walked in drinking their water. They mentioned that we couldn't go in with the cups because others would think they're drinking something other than water? Clearly, there was no fizz Starbucks lid cups with water when others in there had flasks metal flask, colored flask, still can't see through those. I wonder if they asked to see what's inside them do they open the flasks? I asked to just leave my water on the counter where I can see it because we can go in and out, and they still said no, and made me toss them in the trash, there are other places just have to drive a little further out. Definitely won't be making it here again. Clearly they had water in their cups. Anyone can see that, I'd be more concerned about the people with flasks that you can't see through. They weren't asked to open their flasks to see inside. Disappointed.

We reserved for a party in a Saturday. It was packed but the kids had a great time. Camila was assigned to our party and she was excellent. Always asking if we needed anything. She was awesome!!

First timer
This place was so hard to find. I almost left. It's literally next to PLANET FITNESS if you're not from the area.
The fact that everyone needs socks, the bench's are hard as a parent whom is sitting there for up to 3 hrs with a bad back this is not convenient.
They serve gummy bears and Apple juice ( this is a plus) they also have Pizza for the party.
The place is also small and it closes its doors to the public for bday parties on Saturday apparently ( I could be wrong)
You can buy snacks and socks all kid friendly. No outside food. The restrooms were clean but why would I want to wear socks in there???

I loved the fact that they played all kids music!!! Double plus. They also have a slide parents can also get on.

You should visit as least once if you have kids 4-9 years of age.

Instead of socks perhaps shoe covers should be accepted. I've visited other places that do that.
