Kramer's Pharmacy

I have been pleased with the excellent friendly service at Kramer's Pharmacy for years. They all know my name and greet me with a big smile. My prescriptions are always ready in a few minutes. They deliver prescriptions, over the counter medicines and vitamins. They have a nice selection of gift items, candy and drinks. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer with Kramers for 26 years now and I find them to be responsive, kind, helpful and easy to work with. I wouldn't stay with them if they weren't! They have seen my family through two kids growing up, me with a cancer diagnosis and all four of us having covid back in 2020. Always responsive and helpful and go out of their way to help. Thank you Kramers!

Kramer's is truly an extraordinary experience every time--the best pharmacy ever! They fill prescriptions VERY quickly, text you when it's ready, call you with updates when there are delays for any reason. They've also helped me find discounts or coupons on some prescriptions. Staff is always friendly and kind! Although the hours are more limited than a big pharmacy, it's worth it

Plus, they always have unique gifts, displays of whatever holiday is next. I've bought tons of gifts here through the years

I have been going to Kramer's Pharmacy for over 30 years. The y go above and beyond to provide you service with a smile. Even when insurance issues pop up they do their best to get you your medications, are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

I used to like this place. Folks were friendly, drug store was accessible. Prices were fair. Not so much anymore.

Came in to purchase test kits for Covid and lo and behold they had taken the kits apart and are selling them for 20.00 each! You get your test kit in a pharmacy bag rather than the original packaging . When I asked I was told they bought them wholesale. What a racket, price gouging just like that at a time when they could do the community good, they chose the wrong path! For reference, Amazon is selling the same kit priced at 18.00 for two tests!

Bye, bye Kramer's. Have no respect for you anymore.

Having lived in the local community for 20 years, I can honestly say there's nothing more refreshing than a friendly, home town and locally owned pharmacy like Kramer's. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your prescriptions are filled in a timely manner.

In addition, the pharmacy is wonderful for kids, young adults and senior citizens who often visit their convenience store for sundries, toys and other items.

If you're sick of the large big box pharmacies that treat you like cattle, Kramer's if for you. Make it a point to stop by and meet Andy, the owner. Andy will make sure you receive the highest level of service and care.

Support your local business and move all of your prescriptions to Kramer's. You'll be glad you did!!!

I am always nervous about shots and made an appointment for a booster shot here with no expectations.

While I was waiting had so much fun shopping for two gifts for my new puppy. They have a lot of cute household items that made it so much fun and distracted me!

Andy Kramer and his team make it so much easier to do business than any of these mail order services or large pharmacies. There is something for sure to say about local community service! they are amazing! They handle everything for you to make your life easier - personal phone calls, delivery, working with your insurance company instead of you sitting on hold and getting passed around forever from department to department. Support local and get better service at relatively the same price! No brainer!

Late yesterday afternoon I called Kramer' and spoke with the pharmacist about a medication I urgently needed. I did not ask nor expect them to rush this medication to me, but they did and I am already feeling a little bit better.

Kramers Pharmacy...Shame on you! This was our first experience with your pharmacy, and you took advantage of our family. We support small local business, and this is how we are repaid?! We purchased 5 tests for $114.00 with the hopes that we would be reimbursed from our insurance company. Plus, I had no idea how much they should cost. These tests were opened from their original package then sold to us one per Ziploc bag compete with copied instructions. The markup is what gets me. You took advantage that these tests were hard to come by and decided to make a profit from the community as we struggle in the economy and try our best to keep our family safe. We will NEVER cross your doors again. I would expect this from a thief online and not the local trusted pharmacy. I am attaching pictures in the hopes that others will see and won't be taken advantage of. Please save your "were sorry your upset" speech as its nothing but a template and not original or sincere.
