Following an auto accident I chose Malek & Malek because they had a lot of great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. At one point, I did not hear from my attorney for a few months and received no responses to my messages. Finally after messaging the primary website I received a response from someone indicating that the paralegal was dismissed. I also never heard from my assigned attorney again. Fast forward several more months, I received an extremely weak settlement. I provided a very meticulous spreadsheet detailing the 4 months of neck pain and treatment I had to deal with after an accident (in which my vehicle was totaled) to include the countless hours of driving back & forth to appointments and searching for a new vehicle. Pain, travel/treatment hours, stress and inconvenience for over a four month period resulted in a net $3500 settlement. I asked my second attorney for his professional opinion and he recommended that I just take it, so I did but cannot help but feel very under-represented and disappointed.
