This my go to bike store for the Medford area. Now I'm no pro, but they really have a wide variety of product and services that's fits my needs perfectly.

The guys (never seen a woman) behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. As a non pro, they never make me feel dumb or talk down to me about basic questions/issues I may have. We've bought our oldest a little Trek years ago and I recently needed some parts. I forgot the model and they easily looked up the purchase on their computer and we were off to the races!

We also had to replace a tire from a small toys r us type training wheels, toddler bike. They had basically the same tire in stock and the cost for them to replace was nominal. I had already taken the bike apart and was prepared to complete the repair myself, but i opted to pay them to handle the rest of the repair since it was soooo cheap!

I've been coming here for years and have always had good experiences. In my book, great customer service earns and is rewarded with customer loyalty.

I've had amazing experiences each time I have gone into this store, whether it was to make a purchase or if I have just had questions. In addition, I have been helped by several of the staff and the experience has been excellent with each individual. I feel this is a place where people love what they do and are eager to help. Happy to have discovered Medford Cycle Sport and look forward to the next visit.

I am not a "real" biker--it's something I want to get into for fun and health so when I came to Medford Cycle Sport for a bike rack and other things I was afraid I would be scoffed at for my lack of knowledge but it was quite the opposite. There were wonderful, approachable staff that were happy to help me. I did not get his name but he put on the entire back rack onto my car for me, pumped up my tires, and the entire time he informed me and taught me a lot. I really appreciated everything and him taking the time to walk me step by step through my purchases. He was so awesome! I wish I asked him his name through this but he knows who he is! Thank you!!

Fantastic customer service! Sawyer was extremely helpful in finding an obscure part for our bike. He took the time to figure out what we needed, and was really friendly. Definitely coming back for our other bike needs.

This was a great visit , I learned a lot about a sport I was just entering. The staff was super friendly and awesome!! I recommend if you have any questions about gear, trails, bikes come here and let them educate you !

I asked why there was a person sitting on the counter eating while I (a customer) and the staff who weren't eating had to wear a mask during the pandemic. Was told to basically deal with it. Won't be coming back and would not recommend to anyone. Rude employees and lax mask/safety rules.

Great shop! I've recently been leveraging my pedal-power quite a bit more than usual, and these guys are spot on. Jake is a great wrencher, and also very knowledgeable in sales. The couple other cats I've worked with have been top-tier as well. I always appreciate that they remember me when I come into the store, and ask me how the riding is going and so forth. I'll pick up a thing here and a thing there, and being right down the street from my office makes it very convenient. When needing a quick adjustment that doesn't need an appointment, they are always willing to help out.

Local shops like this are important for our local economy and I always feel like the service and attention is what is most important about these types of places. Support your LBS!

Very unfriendly rude service here, when I spoke to them on the phone they had a very bland unfriendly attitude, when I showed up to pick up my bike they were very unfriendly, barely talked, gave me dirty looks as I walked out, something wrong with people in this place.

Had a flat. They not only fixed it but noticed some other minor fixes that it needed. Do they put a new chain and found some great tread tires that puts the existing tires to shame.

My ride is so much smoother and fully maintenanced.

These guys know their sh*t!
