The service is horrendous. The people working here don't care about the customers. We stood waiting to be helped for a long time and proceeded to order. The worker proceeded to say 'no we can't order'... haven't had the food yet, but the feel is awful for the food experience... The pizza looks and tastes pitiful. I don't know how this place stays in business. They also closed a section an hour and a half early and stacked the chairs. We went to sit there and they yelled at us. The pizza tastes undercooked and the workers act overworked, when there is no one here. They act like we are making them go out of their way. With 25 minutes before closing, they asked us to leave.

I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a create your own pizza. I had chicken breast, ham and Italian sausage, olives, banana peppers, bell pepper and red onion. I finished it with a pesto drizzle when it came out of the oven. Service was fast and my pizza was piping hot fresh out the oven. Nothing beats the crispy crust that comes from a stone oven.

Stopped in to grab some quick lunch while in the area. Now I've been to this location before and for the most part the staff is usually nice and quick to take your order. I usually always grab my food to go I have never dined in even the the inside is nice and clean.
The ordering process is quick and easy, if I had to complain about anything it would be that when they make your pizza they give you the bare mininum of items. You literally have to ask for extra everything including sauce!
Great spot for quick in and out food.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kim M.San Francisco, États-Unis0121 oct. 2023
I gave Mod Pizza in Northville 5* five years ago, but quality and cleanliness at this location has declined precipitously in the past few years. It used to be, you would walk in and several friendly employees would be greeting you as you came through the door. Then, your pizza was quickly made along a line with nearly machine-like precision. You then enjoyed your meal in a spotless dining room and were once again thanked by several enthusiastic employees as you walked out.
Sad to say that is all gone. No more greetings at the door by now lethargic and listless employees who are disorganized and slow in the food prep process. The trash bins are overflowing and the tables are fllthy now. And forget about being thanked as you leave.
A warning now to Mod Pizza: Get it together and return to your former standards, or I won't be returning and I'll be sure to warn others not to return.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 1 - Rosa C.MI, États-Unis0653 févr. 2023
I ordered two pizzas online. One was fine. It matched the order. The other one was supposed to have spicy red sauce as under the cheese. They were out of spicy red sauce and decided to just make the pizza with no sauce. They didn't mention anything when they gave it to me. They could've at least made it with normal pizza sauce or something. Making a pizza with no sauce just doesn't make sense at all.

This place is a push with Blaze. Same concept. Virtually the same taste.
Basically you choose a size/crust style, a bottom sauce, all you could want toppings and assorted post bake drizzle of sauce. It works. I like that they have all kinds of different veggies than other types of pizza places most of all. It's the main draw for me.
I always go original thin crust. The pesto is a great base for non tomato sauce people. Avoid just olive oil and/or garlic rub. It will make your pizza very dry even if you sauce the top.
Best toppings in my book are the roasted broccoli, roasted red peppers, artichokes and the mama lils sweet hot hungarian peppers. I will add other veggies and of course, cheese, but I always have those four veggies.
I prefer the ovalini mozzarella at Blaze but the hot peppers make up for it here.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - A C.Garden City, États-Unis0516 déc. 2023
Manager on shift on 2023-12-16 in the afternoon was killing it. Very busy but running like a well oiled machine.

Very slow service. Ever since they started taking online orders, they have been extremely slow. Stood in line for 15 minutes they made 3 pizzas and there's a line of 9 people. The online order person finished her orders and then just stopped. Don't help the in person line at all.

The pizza was yummy. I created my own 11" with garlic rub (subtle and perfect!), chicken, spinach, red onion, feta, mozzarella, and red sauce. It was delicious. We got BOGO with the teacher deal in the app so I did curbside pickup. My husband got the Jasper (spicy chicken sausage) and really liked it. Not as many topping options as Blaze pizza, but enough to satisfy our wants. Our only disappointment was that the Deluxe "entree" salad was tiny. It would not have filled either of us up had that been our only entree. Good amount of toppings and flavor, but just small.
Curbside was easy. I arrived and called to let them know where I was. They quickly brought of the food. It was simple to order over the app and then pick up at the time I wanted. Prices are reasonable for the pizzas.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Deneen D.Estes Park, États-Unis06321 janv. 2023
Cheese pizza is okay, based on my grandson wanting to go back. I have not personally tried anything else on the menu. No complaints on the service
