A whimsical Saturday afternoon spent at the Kilian pop-up shop. A perfect place to be catered to.. and oh what a joy Sammy was, to interact with and help me find "my" Kilian scents!
The pop-up itself, is set up like a snug bar with highlights of Kilian fragrances throughout and beautiful lip colors on display as well. It really captures the essence of the Kilian line.
So excited to wear my new fragrances and lipsticks! Oh, they even engraved my name in it!
It smells so delicious on and I personally feel like there's a scent for every mood/personality

Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful day. I, on the other hand, regretfully have an issue to report.
I placed an order after receiving a some money for my dream bag that for the first time I could finally afford And then 24 hours later it was somehow out of stock. I was devastated. (My husband still doesn't understand how I'm so sad about a bag!)
I pick a very 2nd choice and some Gucci flats to be delivered to the Nordstrom The Grove, in Los Angeles.
I caught the error of it being sent to the Melrose location the next morning, and called them first thing when they opened.
To be fair, the Melrose were superstars! Kindly they were so sweet and found a solution - send it to the Grove store by 2 pm. I called them back that after and confirmed they sent it. They said they had.
I called the Grove location to confirm they had it and let them know I was having a bad pain day so my husband was getting my new luxury bag I had worked so hard for. The woman was straight up rude. Like big attitude rude. Also. very un-Nordstrom.
She informed me that I was "making them work" and had to go check the store room. It was not there and she said "I needed to just figure it out". I asked if it could be anywhere else and she sighed and said, "you really want to make us go down to the loading dock?!" I asked if she wouldn't mind because I was SO excited about it, it was thousands of dollars and my husband just drove an hour in LA traffic and parked at the Grove to get it. She never asked my name even or said hi. She never got the order number right either. I asked what her name was and she said something like Ahaha? I don't think it was real. Then she hung up without saying even bye.
I'm a disabled chronic pain patient and can't drive so my husband left an appointment early and drove from all the way from Santa Monica to Beverly Hills to pick it up.
My husband stil went just incase they found it and he wanted to surprise me with it! He stopped by and they were just as rude to him as they were to me. He happened to get the same woman! She said "your wife just needs to figure it out tomorrow with the Melrose location"
Honestly I'm shocked and disappointed. I've always shopped at Nordstrom since my teens, even though it was out of my budget. But now that I came into some money regarding horrific things from childhood, I thought at least deserved a purse I have always wanted to treat myself.
Today took that excitement away from me and now it just feels like work and like I'm inconveniencing people. I'm just disappointed at the decline of customer service at the Grove location and at my favorite store, the cancellation of my dream bag, and the behavior from this woman today.
My husband said she was really rude to him as well, never asked him his name and didn't even say goodbye. Apparently we are just a big inconvenience.
I just want my stuff now. I'm not even excited anymore but it was expensive. So yeah. There is a screen shot below of my order number, my name, payment I for and address. My husband doesn't have time to stop working and drive to another location. So I guess I need it shipped and it gets to me when it does. If it is shipped, I need to give delivery instructions to ensure I get it and it isn't stolen.
I had fantasized about strolling out (or rolled in a wheelchair) out of Nordstrom to the gorgeous Grove at night with all the lights and fountains -- and me, with a big bag silver Nordstrom bag filled with a perfectly hand wrapped luxury bag from Saint Laurent bag in its box and beautiful Gucci slides.
Now...it's just kind been ruined. I'm really sad and kind of tired of always being let down.

Nordstroms this is a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience I had at your Nordstrom store located at The Grove today. The incident involved the store manager, Amanda R, and other employee and another manager who I believe treated me in a discriminatory and unprofessional manner.
This evening, I visited your store to return a sealed product that I had purchased earlier the same day. Upon arriving at the store, I presented the sealed product to one of your employees for the return process. Shockingly, the employee proceeded to open the sealed bottles without my consent. Subsequently, Amanda R, the store manager, intervened and claimed that she could not process the return because she could not authenticate the product. I repeatedly informed her that the receipt was available on my account and that the product was in its original sealed condition before being opened by her employee. Despite this, she refused to acknowledge my valid claim and insisted that I return to the original store.
I was then forced to drive for 49 minutes to the original store, where a the employee resolved the issue promptly and professionally. To my dismay, the employee who had sold me the products at the first store was visibly distressed and informed me that the perfumes should never have been opened to begin with. This resulted in over $600 worth of damage to the store products.
The entire experience was not only humiliating and inconvenient but also left me deeply troubled by the discriminatory treatment I received from Amanda R and her colleagues. The fact that they shared a common language and appeared to disregard my rights as a customer is deeply concerning and unacceptable.
I demand a formal investigation into this matter and an immediate response regarding the actions that will be taken to address this inconvenience, and emotional distress caused by this ordeal.
I trust that Nordstrom takes customer satisfaction and fair treatment seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Horrinle Nordstrom at Americana Mall! Employees and Manager in the Cosmetics area are extremely rude , unprofessional and unhelpful . Was just there returning a incorrect product they just sold me with a Nordstrom receipt and would not even accept return . Overall, the store is small and has a very limited selection of goods . Sadly, I will never go to this Americana Nordstrom again as the cosmetics Employees and Manager were so discourteous they should be working at Walmart.

I can see how people (staff) could get lost. It's just a LOT of foot traffic being in The Grove (aka tourist-ish area)
Honestly came here to just browse around and my 2010 self was inertly having a moment with a sprinkle of nostalgia lol.
The options are not as wide as you would see in an actual mall-mall but they have trendy items ranging from department to designer brands.
Walked around the kids' section because my little human needed a pair of shoes and we were warmly greeted by an associate who helped us with sizing and availability. Appreciated that he was not pushy.
Pretty smooth and easy transaction. Overall no complaints. The store probably needs more staff for maintenance and overall cleanliness to level up to that lux feel (I come from the 805 and The Oaks location is just wonderful)Helpful 14Thanks 2Love this 15Oh no 0 - 14 janv. 2024

This place is huge, but for some reason a lot of there stuff is just dozens of an item in a single size. I always find something I absolutely love, but there are 50XXL and nothing else. I really wish they'd do a better job of stocking various sizes in a proper distribution.

Never truly knew the magic of Nordstrom's until I met a special someone who's guilty pleasure is the enchantment of this sensational department store. From the warm friendly staff to the exclusive item, designer wear and amenities on each floor... the "Strom" of Nordstrom's calls you inward.
The Bar Verde, the Ebar Bistro, Customer Service, lounge areas throughout various departments including hallways to fitting rooms, restrooms and alteration areas.
They always put your customer needs high and accommodate however they can. While I do enjoy most departments here, because of the more exclusive items in some parts of the men's wear, selfcare/grooming areas I'm unable to find as much for health/allergen reasons or ethical (non leather, suede, etc), but even still I feel valued as a customer and have had assistance when needed.
They value not only you but their staff as well and highly. Employee of the Month wall in the halls.

My go-to Nordstrom when I need to re-stock on any items or for gifts. Todays review is for freddie!! He did his best to help me restock on the perfect mac eyeshadows and also let me use some amazing balm for my chapped lips eek!
