The BLT (minus the L for me) with avocado on a croissant is delicious!! I also ordered a Black Beauty pastry and while it had potential, it seemed a bit stale and had an odd texture. The pastry fell over when the worker picked it up and it got damaged so he gave it to me for half off. Nice staff and plenty of seating in the area.

Over priced sandwiches by $1
Smiling clerks
Not as fresh as I expected after those croissants were sitting in air since sun came up. The Monaco sandwich was heavy and fresh wrapped nicely in serum wrap plastic, with tape. Haha...
Sophia is the best here, with big smile and humble attitude, A Cambodian smile lightened my day before I enter security check to be physically checked cuz I don't want radiation.
Sophia even asked if she could cut sandwich for me after I mentioned that I'll sit down to drink so I don't need lid for coffee. No one ever asked me if I needed love except Sophia.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Michael S.Vancouver, États-Unis49233215316496 juill. 2016
Airport food meets France at this outpost of Portland's favorite French-style cafe. The macaron may not be as fresh nor the menu as satisfying, but you gotta remember you're at PDX, so, picking Petite Provence is pleasantly perfect.
The biggest drawback about Petite Provence at PDX is that it's before the security line. I so wish it was after the stress of TSA. Until then, plan ahead for a fast-food version of Petite Provence to go ... or do like I did and hit it while waiting on an arrival.
For breakfast, I scarfed down an a-ok Egg & Cheese Croissant. I'd likely be adventuresome to try something else next time. A much better choice was getting some Croissants, Pastries, and Macarons as "Welcome to Portland" gifts. Nothing says, "I missed you" like Macarons (bought at the airport).Helpful 22Thanks 0Love this 22Oh no 0 - Jennifer S.Los Angeles, États-Unis669627262722 sept. 2015
ATMOSPHERE: It's located inside the airport between the division of terminals. They have sandwiches (pre-made and made to order), salads, and pastries. They have a few places to sit that are dedicated to them.
SERVICE: The employee at the register was nice. She informed me that there was a bit of a back up before I ordered my sandwich, which I appreciated. Fortunately, I wasn't departing - just arriving. So, I was able to wait. The employee that handed me my food was, also, nice. She was so patient when it took me a while to get over to her to pick up my food, because I was held up with my child, our luggage, a diaper bag, and a car seat.
FOOD: The grilled cheese was fantastic! It was made on sourdough bread, and it tasted really good. The fruit was good minus the honeydew. I don't think it was fully ripe, and it was hard. It made it difficult to give my son, who only has eight teeth. The price was a lot better than I thought it would be, too, for airport prices.
OVERALL: I've been to one of their locations before, so I wasn't hesitant to try this one as I enjoyed the one I had been to. I understand this place serves quicker food, as it's at the airport, but I still enjoyed it!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Erika R.Las Vegas, États-Unis13125428220 déc. 2017
This is my favorite place to stop in at while dropping off friends or family at Portland airport. Very stylish Parisian themed decor with hurricane glasses filled with fresh macarons! We ordered lovely rosemary-egg and cheese toasted croissants with choice of bacon, ham, or sausage. There are so many beautiful pastries and free chilled ice water is available too! Perfect place to rest yourself before the not-fun security checkpoint lines.

I love Petite Provence. This location which is Outside security is great but it would be AWESOME if you're able to relocate inside security in the future.
For example, your coffee is great but we can't carry it through security so we can enjoy it while were waiting for a flight.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 018 avr. 2016Avis précédentI love Petite Provence but I can't figure out where you're located at the Portland airport. Are you inside security or outside for those of us on layovers between flights. It would be AWESOME if you're inside security.
Would it be possible for you to post how to find you location? Thanks. - Ricki A.Downtown, Portland, États-Unis104326227 mars 2015
A Haiku for Petite Provence:
What should you order?
Frittata with the Cheese Sauce
Chocolate Croissant
-Service was okay, lots of little gifts and sweets to buy for your plane ride. Will be back for the chocolate croissants!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1 sept. 2015
The service people were busy talking about how they didn't have friends, didn't need friends, etc. instead of asking me what I needed. I was excited to read the sandwich names and then I was disappointed that they weren't very French-like. I got something with huge slabs of ham and a skinny slice of gruyere/swiss and entire cornichons...shouldn't someone slice those thinly or serve them on the side?
I was so disappointed when I ate here when I discovered there were better looking restaurants inside the terminal.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sanjeev K.Bellevue, États-Unis7210254011 août 2017
Its a nice little cafe for breakfast and because PDX is a small airport it doesn't take much in checking in and going through security so you can spend of that time here sipping through your favorite beverage here.
