Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The stars are for the chicken lol. Everyone loves Popeyes chicken. But there was only 2 of us in line and we were waiting for 30 mins. There was a crazy long line inside. They accused my husband of lying about the drink he paid for that he didn't get. The manager was on the phone texting while all the employees were stressed out. When we went in the two workers there were STRUGGLING while she was STILL on the phone.

Went on a Thursday around 5 pm and there was no wait at the drive thru. Like everything else it has gotten pricey and for an 8pc chicken family meal, a Cole slaw, and a chicken sandwich just the sandwich it was $50. The staff were nice in giving me time to review the menu before ordering and were quick to give me my food as I arrived at the window. The chicken tasted good as usual. No complaints and will definitely return as it's my local Popeyes.

there customers service was terrible i ordered off the menu i was looking at and they said that was only on the app i told him i don't have the app im looking at your menu right here i get my food there is no sauce in my two kids meals i ask for sauce he gives me one i ask you give one sauce for two kids meals and he says yes. i get home i paid 15 plus tax for a meal that had 4 old shrimp and two of the smallest strips he could find. I won't be back look at how this shrimp looks

Never really had any issues with this specific Popeyes location. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to pay for extra condiments or if they remembered to put in utensils with the food that requires them. Service has improved throughout the years

Have been wanting to try the chicken sandwich for a while now. The line in the drive-thru is always super long, but tonight it was only 4 cars deep and I had no plans for dinner, so I said "what the heck". I waiting in line in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes, but the service was friendly. Fries were cold but the sandwich was pretty good. A bit salty. Not sure if it was worth the wait...or the calories.

Absolutely horrible the waiting time to go through a drive thru is horrendous. So long to get your food they need to improve this asap.

Upon my arrival to retrieve my chicken that ordered through the app I realized that my chicken was cold. Asked for fresh chicken, the manager said there was nothing they could do and I just needed to refer to app for any concern.
In my head, I'm like, you can just give me fresh chicken that's not cold. That's all. But no, they kept referring me to the app.

Horrible service.

The customer service at this location is ridiculous.
Whoever the supervisor who had the name tag "Doris" on was completely unaware on how to handle any issues. The supervisor came out chewing on a piece of chicken and couldn't assist with anything. The young lady who had the name tag "Sharon" on was also just as rude.
Please know you never know who speaks Spanish just because they are communicating with you in English. It was quit the surprise to the both of them when they realized that.

I will never return to this location.
Retraining is needed across the board from managers to regular associates.

The guy with the heavy Spanish accent that always works the drive-through is not capable of the job. He always gets the order wrong and charges you extra . Please find someone capable of taking fast food orders!!

Ordered lunch on a Saturday to take advantage of an $18.99 offer for a 10-piece family meal. Already walking up, I knew to lower my expectations. At the cashier there is a sign that essentially says, "Please be patient with us - we are likely out of something you want to order." At least they had red beans and rice!

The wait time was about 15 minutes, so this isn't truly "fast" food.

When we got home we realized that they didn't give us one of the spicy chicken sandwiches that we had ordered. They also did not give us all of the sauces we requested. So if you go here, check that you have everything you paid for!

I honestly love Popeye's so I'll put up with the sub-par/slow service, but it is unfortunate.

FYI there is currently no dine-in option. Takeout or drive through only.
