Nice bookstore turns into event space. My friend threw her 50th birthday party here and the space was cozy and festive. Recommend

My friend and I bought tickets for one of the stand up comedy shows and it was so much fun. Very cozy atmosphere with great drinks.

Such a cool spot. Comedy, drinks, snacks, books, comfy seating, chill ambiance. What more could you ask for!? They have all kinds of events. I recommend following them on instagram to see what's coming up.

I recently went to the All Pros Comedy Show- the comedians were hilarious. The show ran from 9:30-11pm, perfect amount of time for a comedy show. You can grab drinks and snacks at any time before/during/after the show.

Time for me to rant and rave about the best spot to hangout and escape from your apartment in Astoria for a second time!!... an excellent place to write, meet new people socialize & their calendar is always full with new events

Love love love. I can't speak highly enough about how much I enjoy QED and attending their classes- you can come any day at anytime and spend HOURS here with all of their incredible classes

The venue is very intimate with only a few tables and booths but it was very cozy and fun! They have a bar and food options, and I tried one of their seasonal drinks which was super good! We went during an earlier show and all of the tables were filled, the comedians were fun, and everyone was really friendly and I'll definitely be back.

My buddy and I just started a NYC storytelling event on the 2nd Thursday of the month and QED is the perfect venue. Such a cozy room to see a show. The folks that work there are great and know what they are doing to help make your event a success. They have so many shows that you are sure to find something you like. Definitely worth a visit!

QED makes me proud to be from Queens because it has that Queens spirit of something for everyone. You can see the funniest people in NYC there, but there's poetry, and also, political events, speeches, and experimental performance art, and they sell books, wine, and beer, and it's all done in a homey space. The owners are loving, ambitious, and are the first ones to pull their sleeves up. That's Queens. This place is a treasure, and I say that as first an audience member, as someone who waited hours to do the open mic, and now a professional comedian. We've got something very special here, if you're thinking about coming here, come.

Every Friday night this spot has an evening comedy show in the back of their establishment. Got two tickets ($17 each) which doesn't require a drink minimum.

While waiting for the show to start, decided on a Margarita ($8). Strong drink that held me over through the evening. Comedy show itself wasn't too bad - a little over an hour long with a gimmick that all the comics were transplants into the city. Intimate setting allowed for better interaction with the audience, who were semi-into it.

On a normal day this place also offers books for sale, as well as events for crafting and board games. There are also snacks for sale, though wasn't in the mood to eat here. Welcoming spot to while away a couple hours on the weekend.

Q.E.D. is my all-time favorite comedy club in NYC. I have been going here for years. They have the best shows that feature up-and-coming comics and a really cute storefront with books, crafts, puzzles, and merchandise. I am so glad that they survived the pandemic and are here to stay. I come here at least once a month to see some of their themed nights like the Dirty Show, open mics, and last stop laughs. My friends and I always have an amazing time. Skip the big-name Manhattan spots (and prices) for a night of laughter and head to Q.E.D. instead.

This place is one of a kind! I spend a lot of time in comedy venues and QED stands apart from the rest. Highly recommend the pro shows on the weekends.
