This place is horrible and I don't recommend it!!! There's no one in the front to help answer any questions or concerns or help you get checked in or anything! You have to wait until one of them comes out to call the next person in and they rush you when you're trying to ask them for help.
I checked in as a walk in and waited 1hr. The waiting area isn't big and there's not a lot of seats. I gave up my seat to the elderly and waited outside because there's no where else to wait inside especially when the lines for check in grew. I stood by the door so I could hear my name but never heard it. I saw that a few of them came outside to call names so I felt comfortable waiting outside. After waiting an hour I came back in to ask if they've called my name and she said yes and I would have to put my name back on the waitlist. She said that they'll only call your name once and if you don't answer, they'll move on to next. She was also rude to me about this and wasn't even willing to help even after I've been waiting an hour.
I definitely don't recommend this location and I'll never come back here again. Horrible way to treat others!!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Bryan B.NV, États-Unis10857577 juin 2023
Well who really like going for blood work but it is a necessary evil, I guess. But this location at least doesn't pile it on.
All the quest are generally the same so I spare the details, on the ambiance etc. Just say on the service
This location always is very punctual and get you done in a timely manner. No excessive paperwork and a quick check in process. The only down side is there is not anyone at the reception area to ask a question if needed.
Now on the phlebotomist as far as I can see are very rude never smile or even laugh at a joke. I think you just have to be a uncaring and a cold person to work here.
I really wish there were more choices for people to get blood work other then quest. But it is what it is.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Charles J.Beverly Grove, Los Angeles, États-Unis24349 janv. 2024

Lab draws, always make appointments online so I get in right away. Never a problem with them getting my blood, always on first attempt and they are always pleasant. The kiosk check in was daunting at first but now I can do easily. I admit it's better to have humans than machines however.

If I could give zero stars to this location ! Stay away ! So unprofessional workers , horrible service , not clean location !
Carissa was eating lunch while everyone else was waiting on the waiting list , been fasting for 12 hours with no food or water , waiting for Carissa to come back from lunch and call somebody ! Ask for water and they said they do not provide a glass of water while you wait for 3 hours on line ! So many old people waiting on the line for hours and hours with no food or water just to find out how rude and unfit it for this job those workers here they are ! This is happening on 104 degrees ! Shame on you Quest and shame on your low workers you have there ! Horrible place with horrible workers , just stay away from this location , they will not give you a glass of water and let you wait 3 hours on line !Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rebecca M.Las Vegas, États-Unis2323225 janv. 2023
Make an appointment. I was given a random drug screen at work and did a walk in at the Rainbow at Sunset. 2 hours and 50 minutes later I found an appointment at one across town (there were only 3 available in this city of 2 million people.
They weren't making the times for appointment people had scheduled. Seemed to be 20-30 minutes behind. 30+ people in the waiting room (8 were walk ins). So the place was definitely not social distancing.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Summer L.Flatiron, Manhattan, États-Unis1612018 oct. 2022
We made an appointment, the technician called us, put us in the room, then she started helping every single person to check in at the front, meanwhile we waited for a good 20 minutes.
I came out to see what's going on, she started yelling at me, tell me to be patient... said she was helping other costumers.
I said we have another appointment, and we made the appointment so we can get things done on time. She never left me finish talking, started yelling at me, and when I talk back, she said I was yelling at her...
Anyways, she was rule and unprofessional, absolutely not coming back to this location.
Very disappointed at Quest, they really need to up their game and train their employees better.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Chris N.San Francisco, États-Unis03126 nov. 2022
Worst place/and crappy employees.
Technology is outdated for simple sign in. All the employees have bad/lazy attitude.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Linda S.Las Vegas, États-Unis022 janv. 2024
Never again. Used to have desk help kiosk makes you feel like cattle. Needed help but there are no humans to take needed info. Awful and dirty!!!
