Just spent 10 minutes going over and over a simple 2 page credit card limit increase application, looking for something I may have done wrong with no luck.. I filled everything out CORRECTLY, but when I hit submit it would never submit. Such a simple form, I filled it out properly, but it wouldn't submit. Come on RBFCU!!! What's going on. This is the second technical I've had in the last several weeks. I think you guys need to hire some better I.T. people.

Hour waits to speak to a human on the phone. Online chats are unintelligent bots. When Bill Pay gets a check returned, they do not email or notify the account holder that a payment did not happen! Use to like this bank. I tried email one time and they sent an encrypted email back that made me go thru some long processed third party account creation and emailing in order to see the encrypted attachment which just turned out to be words telling me they can't use email. Why make me go thru all of that! They could have emailed that without all the third party encryption BS Ridiculous!

I am ALWAYS delighted to walk/ drive thru/ or call any representative at RBFCU. This has been my credit union since the 1980s and their incredible customer service is still the same.

I just became a member, made large deposits, I have a good balance and yet my debit card still gets denied for a stupid SERVER ERROR.

If I could give it a zero I would! I've have Randolphs for 15 years been to many locations and this one has to be the worse. THE SLOWEST location ever and they aren't packed

I love this bank location! Has a ATM you can deposit into your account at any time of the day and night! Not the closest location to me but absolutely convenient i can stop by at 5AM before work to deposit into my account! Been going here for about a year and a half and have not have any problems.

My wife and I have been customers of Randolph Books Credit Union for going on 38 years, we first started at Randolph AFB Bank and when they built the one here in Live oak we started doing all of our business there. I have used just about ever service they have to offer here at RBFCU and I can tell that there have never had an issue with , refinancing my house to a lower interest rate. I have purchased many new and used cars in the 38 years I have been here and a very happy and satisfied with the service and the promptness of doing the deal's for me with the car dealer. Thanks to all of you at Randolph Brooks Credit Union for all of your hard work and great service, keep it up....
