Great service and they had everything I needed. The selection was great and if they didn't have it then they would order it online. The price are definitely on the higher end.

What a wonderful selection of scrubs they have and on sale too!! My friend found 4 pairs of scrubs and she is beyond thrilled with them.
The young lady helping us was a great help as well!

I recently went here to buy more scrubs as the scrub store and other locations are ungodly expensive and this place was referred to me by a friend. The staff inside was very nice and asked if I needed any help and was polite in offering to use their fitting room to try on the garments. They carry almost every size, so it was easy to find matching sets. The location is a bit hard to find as it is after the costco shopping center turn off on plumb but before the motel. It's a very immediate turn so I recommend to drive slow into the turn in so you don't miss it. Definitely recommend for your scrub needs. I saw they had had other uniforms for law enforcement and trade workers, so you might call to see what they carry. It was an easy shopping experience and I'll be back for more scrubs.

Absolute TRASH!!! If you want something done correctly and in a timely manner take your business elsewhere. The issues are never ending here.

Terrible customer service. The owner wouldn't exchange my radio holder after purchasing it there for another molle radio holder. Long time customer. The radio holster was broken. I suggest first responders do not go here. Its not worth it. The wife of the owner is very helpfu, but the male owner also failed to call me when the radio holder was in and told me I had the product too long and doesn't do exchanges. I didn't want my money back just an exchange. Will be going to social media, the media and bbb.

Used the Embroidery service for two lab coat. Excellent quality and quick turnaround.

I have mixed feelings about my last experience here! Al the times we have been in this store it has been good. I tried to find them when they moved and I couldn't, my gosh took me to another location.. without getting into the dirty details of my call with the rude nasty girl on the phone to get me to the new location, as I am not that familiar wit Reno... she was nothing less than confuse ding, snotty rude and not very good at giving directions ... considering I gave her very detailed info as to where I was! I was next door at one point, one the side of side street and across the street at one point abd she still couldn't tell me how to get there and had the nerve to say .. "I told you 17 times...." What a smart a$$! The visit was redeemed my a very kind sakes lady from Tennessee!! Such a doll! She knew I was frustrated and knew why! She heard the conversation and said that girl is always rude! We purchase high priced boots from this shop so if this lady didn't save my experience, I want going to come back! One suggestion, should carry more sizes in your Danners please! I hope the owner reads this so she can have a chat with the girl that took my call.. just ask the blonde lady from tn ... she'll fill you in!

I used to purchase all of my uniform needs through here. I went to nursing school, i've bought my EMT uniforms through them, I've bought my duty belt needs through them - However, I will now no longer be going through this company. I will now be using Amazon or literally anything else. I had a pair of gloves that I bought (StrongSkyn) and their "sizing guide" didn't work for me. I took the gloves back, with the receipt, to do an exchange - It was denied because it didn't have the packaging tags (which were torn off once I put the gloves on my hand). So I had to buy a brand new set of gloves (here's to hoping these ones actually fit!). The gloves that I couldn't exchange I left with the employee, who i'm assuming will throw them away - which is exactly how I feel like as a customer. Thrown away.
BUY ONLINE! Better customer service will be found elsewhere.

EDIT; Owner claims I made this mysterious purchase online and not at their store. My receipt, which clearly shows my name and phone number, was dated 10/3/2019 at 4:04pm. Which, not only is definitely within their 30 day mark, but was NEVER asked for by the employee i dealt with because the product didn't have the tags.

I found Reno Uniforms while exploring Midtown Reno on a Saturday afternoon. The building is nicely painted a dark grey with a lime green trim easy to spot. Parking is located in the back of the building, its handicap accessible. The store is very clean & nicely organized with a huge selection of scrubs, uniforms, clothing & tactical gear! If you need any embroidery or alterations done they can take care of that as well! They are literally a one-stop shop.

They have great prices & excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately as I entered the shop & offer assistance, I declined I was just planning on browsing. Before I walked to the ladies section I was offered a beverage from there fancy Coffee/ Tea machine which was a nice gesture.

The staff is very knowledgeable about their merchandise. A very nice gentleman helped me find work shoes. He took the time to explain a few options. Brought me out 4 different styles to find my best fit. I ended up trying just about every pair of women's shoes they had available. Not once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. He was friendly, extremely patient & attentive even after I decided to stick with the first pair of nurse mates I tried. Lol

I was in need of a new duty belt for work. Several of the people I work with informed to go to Reno Uniforms and bring my credentials to receive a discount. As I enter the stores I was greeted immediately and offered help. Upon looking through their selection I didn't see a belt I wanted and spoke to an employee. He informed me that he could order it or go to try two other stores in town. I personally appreciate his honesty. How many businesses will inform a customer of their competitors? I ended up buying a duty belt that they had in stock, and when I get my yearly uniform Allowance I'll order a leather belt. Reno Uniforms does not only sale Law Enforcement gear, they all sale clothing for individuals in the medical field.
