Update: this place is the only pharmacy that Carries the medication I need so I am forced to come here. Today, the lady told me I needed to wait because she had a line, well, they also told me my meds would be ready by 3pm and it's now 5 and I'm still waiting.......they need to figure out a better system because everyone in this line is beyond frustrated and you can tell the pharmacist is very overwhelmed and just wants to go home....

12 déc. 2022Avis précédentI had to switch pharmacies due to lack of attention or customer service. The lines were ridiculously long at all times with no one really working the counter. My three year old son even asked me "why don't they talk to you" I was astonished and knew then, I needed a new place to go. They could never get my prescriptions right or couldn't have them ready in the time they said they'd have them ready. We switched to woodland Walmart and are much happier with our service!!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. If you are unfortunate enough to select Safeway Pharmacy in Woodland, expect nobody to answer the phones, prescriptions not available when expected and generally poor customer service. We've been waiting over 6 weeks to resolve a prescription and finally moved it to Kalama and magically the pharmacy there had it resolved in a matter of days. I called for 1.5 weeks and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. Then waited over an hour in line hoping my daughter's prescriptions would be available. Today they're out of basic antibiotics. Prescription was called in my surgeon 3 hours prior, when I arrived I was told it would be another 20 minutes. After 30, I was told they needed more time and didn't have his antibiotics. Often one person working thats clearly overloaded and she's snippy. Hoping owners or management realize the change needed. Pay employees more or do something. This is impacting your patient's well being and access to healthcare.

Best Safeway to go to because they are so fast here !! In and out in minutes and everyone is so friendly a lot better than waiting forever at some pharmacies!!

This is not a pharmacy staff you want to have to deal with especially during as difficult time as we're facing now. There's other options and since I've used other pharmacies previously, I know the treatment there is not normal.

This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever used. The staff here is friendly, fast and accurate. They truly care about their customers! Definitely recommend them. Also recommend the Safeway Pharmacy app!
