Sew Much Fun

Lori is great. She was able to do rush job sewing patches on my husband's uniform.
I had a sweatshirt we made for my mom many years ago with the grandkids handprints. Lori made them into ornaments I will give to those grandkids who are now adults. They are super cute & very professionally done.

This is my favorite place in Boca Raton. I was a total newbie when I came in; but I had been absolutely dying to learn how to Sew. I got my chance last Christmas, got my machine from them, signed up for classes and never turned back.

They have a gorgeous gallery of sewing machines for all types of sewing. It's much better than what they have at Joann's or Amazon and it's really nice to see the machine before you buy it. In fact, I really wish more places had that option.

Since I've been sewing and taking classes here, I've made Pants, Purses, Scrunchies, and now I've just upgraded my machine to a fancy combination Brother Embroidery/Sewing machine which is an absolute dream come true. Keep in mind I started sewing in January and I've accomplished so much in the short time that I've been sewing. I actually learned how to sew from scratch because they helped me and that's invaluable. Lori really took the time to help me and I really appreciate it.

I come here for all my thread, needles, bobbins, and tools because they aren't over charging and they make sure I pick the right tools for my machine. Plus they have George who fixes machines and can generally help you with most problems. Also also they can do alterations or do projects for you. I got a dress fixed here before I considered the sewing classes and it fit perfectly before the wedding.

This is a bit of a long review mostly because it's months overdue and I just wanted to let these ladies know how grateful I am for all the time they took to help me learn how to do this. Learning is hard but specialized attention and a friendly environment make it a lot easier.

The ladies here are fantastic! They are very helpful and super friendly.
They were always very accommodating with my last minute orders and do great work.

Found this business on Yelp and I'm so happy I did! Lori responded to all my messages so quickly and answered every question I had. I brought in robes to get embroidered with The Office logo. Even though I sent all the details via message, Lori confirmed the design with me there and made sure I knew exactly how it would turn out. They were finished within a week! I needed them for Christmas and got them sooner than expected. The robes came out amazing and the people I gave them to thought so as well. :)

I needed a pantsuit hemmed in a HURRY. They were so quick to respond to me, beyond professional, reasonably priced and got my item back to me on time & hemmed to perfection. Highly recommend!!

I had a really great experience there. I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed and taken in. It took about 9 days, which was fine because I wasn't in a rush as the wedding is in 3 weeks. Alterations are expensive in general, so I thought the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs alterations!

The owner was beyond helpful. Not only is this the best place I have found that offers repairs, classes, New and refurbished machines, beautiful fabric, thread, scissors, ALL your sewing needs, but the owner also cares about the community.
I contacted her on behalf of our non-profit needing sewing supplies for the homeless population in our community. Not only was she happy to help, but she went above and beyond giving us four bags of fabric scraps, several packs of scissors, tons of thread, tape measures, rippers and everything needed for masks.
We cannot say thank you enough to this local business owner.
Absolutely the best place for all your sewing needs. The most friendly staff around. We will be shopping here from now on for ALL our sewing needs.

I was in need of getting incredibly long pants hemmed for a gathering this weekend. I looked on Yelp to find a seamstress to alter the pants and saw Sew Much Fun had great reviews so I decided to stop by. SEW MUCH FUN EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! I told Lori, who is incredibly nice and understanding about my predicament (it was late Wednesday afternoon and I needed the pants by Friday). I got a call early Friday (about 10:30 am) advising me that my pants were ready. I was so excited and they fit great! If you are in the area and are in need of alterations look no further than Sew Much Fun!

What a wonderful find! My mom and I came here to alter our gowns for my sister's wedding. They were attentive and friendly. Mine was a high low and she really took the time while pinning to make sure it hung right on me.
We were very pleased with the outcome and will definitely come here for more alterations in the future!
