Shoreline Watercraft & Boat Rentals

Great day on the water! Me and friends rented a pontoon for the a few hours to celebrity his birthday. After leaving the rental tent, a kind gentleman gave us a thorough walkthru for safety for us and others enjoying the water.

Our boat was the last to dock after fueling up. While we were unloading our coolers, and cleaning our trash, I noticed I couldn't find my phone. Me and my friends searched through all our bags. it was nowhere to be found. Only option was, it was in the water and I didn't notice it. Those employees took time out of the end of their shift to help me.

Eli and Kaylee, you guys took turns jumping in and out of the water... Diving back and forth. Eventually, with an angry and upset look on my face, I said to Eli "don't worry man, it's okay. I guess I just have to buy a new phone tomorrow when I get home". He looked at me and said one more try. Moments later, he rose to the top with my phone in his hand. The angry, upset look immediately became joyous and relived.

Without the help of those employees, I would not be making this yelp review.

I offered to pay Eli and Kaylee for their time and generosity to helping me. They respectfully declined and told me to have a nice day. And reminded me to be more careful next time! And jokingly told me to put my phone in a bag or purse! I left with my phone and smile.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. Everyone at Shoreline was professional and the equipment was top notch. We rented a Starcraft for half the day and it was perfect! Laura and Mac got us going quickly and the return was even faster. The gas situation was not an issue. The ladies told us the gas station was closed and charged us $6.75 a gallon with no service fee to refill what we used. Additionally, there was a 10% military discount, making this the most inexpensive rental around the lake. We had a blast and will definitely rent from Shoreline again!

Olivia, Conner, Jace, and Leah were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our pontoon rental, operation, and safety. They were very friendly with our family, including our youngest 4 year old, and even helped him conquer his fear of entering a boat! highly recommend for anyone wanting a premier lake experience in Chelan, WA.

Leah helped me rent a jet ski today. It was my first time and she was patient when she explained how to operate the jet ski as well as the safety rules and boundaries of use. I recommend renting here and asking for Leah.

This is a great place to rent a boat. We had a large family gathering in Chelan this weekend and reserved a Pontoon boat earlier in the week. What a great boat! I had never operated a boat before and the overview made it easy for me. The staff are friendly and the place is well located right next to Campbells.

Get there early sometimes parking is hard to find. Paying for parking is also a hassle. The people that work here are AMAZING. The boat was clean and they have very clear instructions. Will definitely return.

Worst experience attempting to rent a jet ski. We had a big group and came early in the morning trying to plan ahead. We are told we could not reserve ahead and that it was first come first serve.

We decided to paddle board and wait for the sun to come out and upon returning we were told they had no available jet skis despite seeing several jet skis sitting on the water. I tried to mention that we had checked earlier and they literally laughed as we left.
