RUDE AND DONT RESPECT THE CLIENT'S TURNS.
I went to this specific Staples on Tualatin to print a poster. Despite there being no clients when I arrived, the two employees left me waiting. They assisted three other people without providing any explanation and neglected to work on the file I sent at 4:06 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm while observing them help others who arrived after me. When we attempted to speak to the manager, he was absent. The employees, particularly the person in charge, seemed unbothered and rude. I suspect they might be racist, as there's no other reason for them to act as if I were invisible, especially since it was evident I'm Latina, given that I was speaking Spanish with my family. Shame on them; I have never experienced such an uncomfortable situation. I left the store sad and very upset, and they continued unbothered; I never received an apology or nothing. I was completely ignored by them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Sharon N.Portland, États-Unis252421398 mai 2023
Very
Rude service staff, especially the woman who helped us do the TSA pre-check. She needs to get a better handle on her attitude. Zero stars.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cory A.Portland, États-Unis583948921 oct. 2023
If I could leave no stars I would. This place is a joke. And they are super unprofessional. If you are trying to get printing done. Don't do it here. You might never get it. Even if you've had the same exact thing printed by them before. (All of a sudden they are more strict and not able to...) and they confirm and bill you. They'll also call you after your print job is supposed to be done and ready for pick up to tell you sorry we can't process your job you paid for bc of some rule that's not stated and they never had a problem with before and they obviously should have caught before they charged me for it and accepted the job. Not deny it after you say you can do it. ESP if I've already relied on you folks to come thru for a service you guaranteed to be ready. Smdh. And if you must order from here never pay ahead. EVER. Wait till you see the product.

Management has failed their employees at this staples location. I went in to pick up an order and only 2 employees were working in the entire store and they had so many orders and customers who needed help and I could tell they were just drowning. they didn't have proper support at all today. So sad.

I go there maybe a half dozen times a year or so, and have been going there since they opened a bunch of years ago. It's convenient and is a good place to get supplies like paper, pens, pencils, shipping supplies etc. The customer service is actually really good. I always get asked by an associate if they can help me, and when I do need help, they offer quality help, whether that be just telling me where to find something, or offer some help figuring out what will fill my needs. I'm really glad we have this store locally, and that they've "hung in there" in tough times.

I think I like Staples better than the other office supply joints that are closer. Went there yesterday to pick up a few things and they had everything I needed and were super friendly and helpful. And they take Apple Pay, which is really good because I had forgotten my wallet!! The gal asked for ID and I told her I didn't have it, but had other documentation in my "wallet" on my phone and that was acceptable to her. Worked out very well! Thanks!

Asked somebody that was in the aisle if they knew where to find pens, ( A specific new product of paper mate pens) she rudely said "I don't know I just work here for inventory, ask somebody else"... good one. Please train your staff to be a little more professional/helpful than that.

I've been having to get some things printed lately and I discovered the group at the copy center is fantastic.
Martin has been nothing short of wonderful helping me select the proper papers to making sure everything came out just as I was hoping.
They've earned my repeat business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

How one customer service employee can ruin you're shopping experience.
I was looking for a nice home office leather chair for my husband's birthday.
On my way to the chair area I was asked if I need any help. While I was trying out the chairs I was asked again by someone else. "No, not yet. Thank you."
I am not and expert on office chairs and I could not get them to rock. Turning the tension the chairs would not budge. I was ready for help now. I went up front so they could call someone to assist me and answer my questions.
Gentleman came within minutes. No hello, no smile. "How do I get the chair to rock?" He sat in one and giggle the lever and it rocked. Great! I was interested in three chairs and I wanted to see how easy it was to get them to do the same. He sat in the others and pulled or pushed the lever to make them move a little. He didn't bother to tell me how or what he was doing to get them to move. "How do I get these to rock like the first one?" "These just don't, that's it." he answered.
Either he didn't now about the tension or it was too much trouble to show me. I wanted him to go away at this point. I felt like he had things to do and helping me with office chairs was not one of them. Like a kid told to do something and they will do it half way with attitude. I told him thank you and he left. No you're welcome, no smile, no whatever.
Not really knowing what I was doing, I turned the tension on these chairs till they started rocking. Can't tell me he didn't know this.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
