The worst phone Company ever they are scammers I will never recommend T-Mobile to anyone

Brought my phone in because it was charging slow, They couldn't do something as simple as cleaning out the charging port in my phone. They referred me to a guy next door who wanted to charge 10 dollars just to stick a little tool in their that could scrape the little stick I had stuck inside. Only t mobile I've ever been in that wasn't able to help me with this problem, every other store had the tools ready in a drawer and helped out no problem

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a phone provider. My first time signing up with T-Mobile. My boyfriend and I signed up under their promo of buying a phone and getting another free or $700 off. When I realized that the 24 installments weren't coming out of our account I called customer service. They told us to go back in the store to fix the problem. But when I returned to the store I was told that Bryan the consultant that sold us the phones. Sold them to us a day late of the promo and they couldn't just " pull a new promo out of nowhere" when I told them I had spoken online they just shrugged it off and said they couldn't switch a day over and that they were pretty sure Bryan would never sell a promo off date. When the only reason we bought these phones was because of the promo! I was promised $700 off one of our phones and won't likely get it. They false advertise and go back on their word. After this experience I will likely never use them as a provider again. I advise anyone looking to join T-Mobile for the first time, to not. It's not worth it, they will likely steal just as much if not more from you too!
