Thai Orchid Cafe - Washburn Way

We are travelling through on a road trip. The amount if local takeout seemed promising. Staff was awesome, food very good. They made a mistake on the protein for one of our dishes that we only realized after we dug in...no big deal it was great! They remade the corrected dish for us and included a take out container proactively. That really earned my respect and big tip :) would nit hesitate to recommend this warm and lovely restaurant.

Eating at the Thai Orchid Cafe was a bit underwhelming last night. Being that I've eaten here before and this was not my first time trying their food, I figured I'd go with something a bit more complex from the menu. The Pong Pang was mediocre to say the least. Luckily, the Thai basil and other varieties of vegetables made this dish more palatable than it would have been.
Safe to say this would be better considered a noodle restaurant.
Aside from that, the service was alright. One server definitely is much more seasoned & considerate than the others.
Other than customers constantly coming in and out to pick up take out, I love how quiet this small cafe is.

Overall for Klamath Falls, it's a decent restaurant.

If you live here or just passing through, prioritize eating here. The food is authentic, fresh, and made to order. They were happy to accommodate my child's picky palate. I loved it all.

It is not a fancy place where you cannot take the kids and when bustling it gets loud but not so loud you can't converse.

Do not miss this restaurant!

Very unassuming as you walk up but wow does the food do all the talking. Also the staff is so friendly and inviting.

The Thai tea slaps also

Really good food, nice ambiance and very nice staff. Food came out pretty quick too! Yay! Plus the Thai iced tea is superb!

Food was excellent and service was fast. This was my first time here and I would recommend giving it a try. I had the red curry and I'll be back.

Absolutely wonderful. It was our first visit but won't be the last. The Massaman Curry was phenomenal -- the number of flavours and aromas was uniquely exquisite. Service was fast, and our server didn't mind answering our questions

I've never eaten Thai food until my daughter took me to lunch.
It was delicious and my husband and I went just the other day and it was very good. We will definitely be back, there's other things I'd like to try.
The server was very helpful.
The atmosphere was very nice and it was very clean.

We've always loved the food here. I recently had a wonderful experience with the employees: my young daughter has severe food allergies, and the kind person helping me took special care to avoid cross-contact with her allergens, even packaging her food separately when I picked up our order. Dining out can be very stressful as we always have to consider and trust that servers and those making her food have taken all precautions needed to keep her food safe. It's so great to know we can bring our whole family here to enjoy one of our favorite restaurants in town. His thoughtfulness is so greatly appreciated.

Very good food. Great service. Always friendly and they make you feel welcome. This is our go to thai when in klamath.
